I agree, they're a good gun. I have the same gun in a 21g. It's used professionally and after 1000s of pins, the action starts to get notchy until the gun won't fire. I notice in the magazine near the driver there's a wire that guides the nail through. Could that be the problem or should look at something else? Thanks, Greg
My local compressor shop sold some Chinese "crap". I bought a pin nailer and two sheathing staplers. Best guns I have ever owned. The owner said a local cabinet shop used their pin nailers so much they wore the tips down, metal not plastic. I will find the brand and update my post.
another great nailer review.. iv been researching cordless for a while now.. but iv never used air ones either, this was a great place to start researching air nailers! 😎. how are you likeing the milwaukee cordless so far? or do you still gravitate to the Cadex
i've been only using the milwaukee cordless lately, but if i need longer nails ill have to pull out the cadex, I used the milwaukee alot on our trailer conversion videos.
@@hammerandhome yeah thats where i am stuck.. i dont really know if i will need longer then '1 3/8s' nails as a beginner woodworker (not a finish carpenter). thanks for your reply, i get great advice from your videos
@@woodpecked3D my pleasure, and thank you! I typically only use the 2" on painted or pre stained trim, if it's paint and stain after install i will use my 18ga.
I totally disagree. the nails holes you don't even need to fill before painting. i have had many different models of the Bostitch guns and they are a lot larger hole than any 23ga.

THE NAILS MAY BE SMALL BUT... the gun sure leaves a big mark. I think my Bostitch brad nailer doesn't leave much more of a hole that I see here.

Have you ever had a problem with the blower leaking air? Doesn't seem to be seating all the way and I can't find manual anywhere.
it always leaks air when i first plug it in, i open it up and after that it's fine. perhaps yours needs some oil?
Will it work on walnut I'm not painting and figure the sanding alone might fill them in. What do you think?
Yes it will definitely work, it’s truly a great gun. Beats any cordless nailer.
$300.00!
yeah it was an investment for sure. I think the price has come down since i bought it.
worst piece of crap I've ever owned. Constantly jams. Been in the shop 4 times to fix finally gave me a new one and did the same thing.
Wow that sucks! I’ve never had an issue with mine, and I’ve used it a lot.
