I can tell you, for a fact; your perspective (concerning service and Family) is spot on. As an old man, in years and experience, you are actually living consciously and with purpose in "The good ole days". They will collectively pass in the proverbial "Blink of an eye", but the actions, memories and experiences will live on well past your memory in the memories of those that love you. God Bless.

You should show your meal prep and lunch ideas. I work construction and struggle with the entire lunch thing. I get tired of the same thing everyday and just end up grabbing something that I shouldn’t.
