CARACAAAA... Nem o Flea conseguiu acompanhar ,a risadinha dele tipo: "eita peraí poha!" 😂😂😂 que solo Loko porém WOW 🔥🔥🔥 muito Fru style, you know! 🙌🏻🎸🔥 *Anthony, cala a bocaaaa!* Kkkkk
actually that was genius of flea, he did mess up in 3:52 going to the verse, so in 3:57 he does a similar slide to incorporate the mistake. talking about reflexes.
i can agree with that. both john and flea are very skilled and resourceful managing "chaotic" situation's in music and in life, so i guess improvisation is almost built-in skill they got. also, jazz is one of fleas basic roots so- no surprise he can make this delicious lemonade...:)
It really is a shame that John is such an underrated guitarist in the eyes of huge music magazines, critics, etc etc... How he is not considered in the top 10 or even 20 guitarists of all time in like the rolling stone list of best guitarist is just mind buggling in my opinion... I think he is definently one of the best of the best, really, just my opinion.. Maybe I haven't experienced music that much to make such a claim, but videos like these just makes me love & respect John as a guitarist even more.
Not on the one I saw, on that one he was ranked like 70 or something like that.. Top 100 or some shit like that. www.rollingstone.com/music/lists/100-greatest-guitarists-20111123/kurt-cobain-20111122
I think he's very overrated in public view, but that's just because there's a lot of people who are unaware of the insane skill other unpopular or unmainstream guitarists have. I love him, and his live performances are fun to watch but you can't tell me that John frusciante is better than the Mateus Asatos, or tosin abasis out there.
i would kill to have this full pro-shot show. i became RHCPs fan right in this era when they performed a gig in Sao Paulo 2002. to me it was the best era of the band
It really was. Really from 99 to 06 is all great but my favorite is from 02 to 04ish, right around when BTw came out and John was going from his new sober self on Californication to being really in his creative prime like he here and in the BTW era.
FhrankFratelli josh is a great musiciian and there couldnt be a better replacement than josh but without john rhcp isnt rhcp it just not we're missing him
John is a top 5 guitarist. He is an expert note whisperer. When he came back from drug addiction, the band unleashed 3 of the best albums in Rock history, Californication, By the Way and Stadium Arcadium. They went from thrash rap to becoming the quintessential California band, our modern mommas and the poppas. Stevie wonder had a similar 3 album run, John is one of the few guitarist who can elicit an emotional and emotive response from his listeners. U can tell he feels the music.. what a band..
trash rap? know yours facts before typing, my lovely brother. John was a huge fan of the 80's RHCP. He is an amazing guitar player, but so it was hillel. be respectful.
So around this time they played By the way and the outro from by the way to scar tissue was usually some version of this. Off the top of my head I can tell you that Slane castle has a more chill version of it
He is playing fifth feet a string Dminor, a minor to b..same.chords as the by the way outro in slane. Then he is doing little runs up on the 10 feet d minor scale. Similar to the thing he does in the btw outro at slane
andrew osamu he isn't tryna be jimi!?!? he's just tryna make good sounds and colours and does it well. and calling jimi a genius is wrong. he didn't really think about what he played he just felt the music and flowed with it.
Listen to All Along the Watchtower or Voodo Chile or Little wing and tell me Jimi wasn't a genius again... these are masterpieces and any musician with half a brain and a soul will understand that Jimi could express his emotions perfectly with his guitar and these recordings are like looking at a Matisse or a Monet
andrew osamu I was saying he was more than a genius because he didn't need to think about what he was doing, it was natural for him..... I am acc a musician myself and sight read all along the watchtower and hey joe when I was learning them......
Genius is such a overused term it has lost all of its meaning. Your just trying to start a argument over something that dosent need to be argued about. John is a amazing guitar player and so is Jimi. Your acting like someone said jimi wasn't good or something.

well he was ranked 18 on the 2003 version. google it
The top where he was ranked 18th was one man's made, in the actual top 100 he is 70 something
I agree with you but probably he does not like musical business and media attention he is pure music soul

God damm, from the jam at the start through the whole song they're delivering SUCH an energy is amazing.

Pqp!!! John é surreal e inexplicável,de uma maestria única!!! Orgulho dessa banda ter sido minha ponte pra música e rock!!!
Anthony being like "WHAT? WHAT THE?" at 4:08

his spirit; and the long hair
seriously its discouraging as fuck when trying to play his shit BUT rewarding as can be when you nail a track or 2

We are two then

True 💚🎸
trash rap? know yours facts before typing, my lovely brother.
John was a huge fan of the 80's RHCP.

i wanna a full concert ))
John completley loses flea and chad with that Run at the end lol. Not often they lose eachother like that. Fun to see a mistake once and a while.
John put too much sugar in his coffee before this show.
😂😂 yeah 🤘🏾🎸
Damn! I would kill for guitar tabs for this version of scar tissue! 😍😍😍
Jeez, I miss that kind of intro jams.
Insane, just insane
Man, that background jam as Anthony speaks is so epic, I love that jam, anyone has a ultra extended loop of that jam by any chance?.
First time watching this, and I'm amazed 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Amazing performance
i have to say that i prefer the slane castle solo
Yeah I'd kind of agree
doesn't everyone??
knowledgeisthepower1 nah
the slane castle solos of scar tissue are pure magic 🎸
I prefer the album solos way more. They are simple, rare and give the song, which always had a mellow feeling to me, the perfect quiet motion.
Anthony was like: "Wtf is happening?!" 😁
2:56 o que ele fez? baguio loko
Insane !
Oh my. Is there something that this guy has not done ? I mean, like "Im not giving goosebumps this time" ?
Anyone have a backing track for the intro jam of scar tissue?? Or something that sounds similar to play that intro over??
So around this time they played By the way and the outro from by the way to scar tissue was usually some version of this. Off the top of my head I can tell you that Slane castle has a more chill version of it

John was in his peak here
SO TRUE LOVE THIS SONG ❤👈

What live is this from?
its from Japan in 2002 - Makuhari Messe, Chiba
nah, definitely 2002
That intro is freakin good , does anyone have tabs?
👊✊✊🔥🔥🔥🔥
esse show é por volta de 2002-2004? a bateira do Chad pelo menos indica isso
2002

❤️RhCp

Esto es RHCP con John esa magia sin el no es RHCP
Gustavo GM GMG rhcp without john >> red hot chili trash
FhrankFratelli no
Gustavo GM GMG no, they're still great.
Gustavo GM GMG ? One Hot Minuto mi amigo mejor álbum Dave Navarro
La magia se fué con Navarro y esta canción es para él, el gran Sarcástico ❤
This child's play compared to what he does at slane castle
thanks Frank, Phobias are real, this is not
for sure
Lucky Japanese people
ottorokr realmente os japoneses foram contemplados com um "john frusciante" inspirado
блин, а я здесь один русский?)))
That was a great show off guitar solo as I don’t think I’ve ever seen John play that fast before, but I think he messed up the timing halfway through
is there a version which anthony does not speak
Does anyone know what the hell he is doing in the last solo? I like to think I'm good at guitar but what the hell is that nonsense
That by the way outro
Puta que pariu!!!
John faz muita falta ☹
@@Diego_fhrank Faz muuuuita!!! Muito triste em saber que nunca os verei juntos ao vivo nessa vida...😔
@@thiagotomaz2504 VAI SSIMMMMM
Finais felizes existem 😍😍😍😍
:)
what he said at the beginning? it was fun and ...?
András Tóth invigorating
kinda sounds japany in some of the improved verses
fruscisnte sings better
Maybe, but imagine John singing if you have to ask.
We all know that.
These were awful guitar solos by John's very high standards!
Jim hendrix wannabe. will never even get close to the genius Jimi had. listen to his recordings like all along the watchtower
andrew osamu he isn't tryna be jimi!?!? he's just tryna make good sounds and colours and does it well. and calling jimi a genius is wrong. he didn't really think about what he played he just felt the music and flowed with it.
