52" Craftmade Outdoor Patio Fan and Harbor Breeze Calera ceiling fans

These fans are located in Deer Park Tavern. There is one Craftmade Outdoor Patio Fan, and three Harbor Breeze Classic.
There is a solid state speed control and a dimmer, and a solid state speed control controls one Craftmade and one Harbor Breeze, and a dimmer controls two other Harbor Breeze.
RPM estimation on a Craftmade: 89-93
RPM estimation on a Harbor Breeze on the same circuit as Craftmade: 92-96
Max RPM estimation on a Harbor Breeze near a corner: 135
Max RPM estimation on a Harbor Breeze on a side but farther from a corner: 139
It seems like all of them have a bad capacitor, but the Craftmade and a Harbor Breeze on the same circuit have their capacitors even worse. They don't blow very much air, and they don't wobble much or make much noise. Craftmade and Harbor Breeze on the same circuit are shown on speeds from minimum speed to maximum speed, and two other Harbor Breeze are shown on speeds to maximum speed.

I think that all of these fans should have been connected to each separate wall control.

harbor breezes replace the other craftmades that looks like the one still there i bet
