Miss District of Columbia USA 2024 Kleo Torres Crowning

Kleo Torres was crowned Miss District of Columbia USA 2024 on June 29, 2024 at Woolly Mammoth Theatre in northwest Washington, DC. She will compete at the 2024 Miss USA Pageant in Hollywood, California in August 2024.

I know Miss Universe will be a black woman. Colombia will, Philippines will. Brazil ✅.
We got our Miss France in autumns. The girls will network, have a blast and with a bit of luck, Naomi and Grace will be Mother.

Going to be a really tough year over 120 countries competing usually only 80 something so who knows! 😳
