Thanks for the comment ! Here is the full recipe 😁 sorry I thought it was in the post ! www.eatyourwaytowellness.com/recipes/ketchup-homemade-no-sugar-added
Omg! You are so sweet. Thanks !!! I like the cinnamon because it adds sweetness but try with and without! It's all your taste ! If you make it would you mind tagging on me Insta (jessdeluise) or Facebook (eat your way to wellness). My Insta was just hacked and now I am building a new one! I would so appreciate it !!
Could you imagine an elementary school cafeteria serving this instead of the sugar-laden foods kids eat nowadays...if Hershey, Nestle' and Mars decreased the sugar, fat and sodium content of their candies, say, even 5% per every three months, people would probably look better, feel better, and live longer.
wouldnt that be amazing if we could start to remove ALL added sugar, colors, or artificial ingredients from school or even work / hospital cafeteria options! Lets go nuts and say, grocery stores, too! How scandalous!
Hello, are you 100% sure its safe to keep this in the fridge for 30 days? I see a lot of people saying you shoulnt keep it longer than 7 days without freezing it.
Ketchup is traditionally a sweet tomato condiment, which I really prefer ! Though, every one is different and nothing is necessary! Just do what you like and makes you feel good. Thanks for the great question!
YES! You don't have to because the tomatoes are already cooked. But it is best to let it all sit together for at least a day to let the flavors meld. Obviously immediately is fine but I like it after some time! Thanks for the comment!!!! =) Appreciate it!
Two 12 oz cans of organic tomato paste
One teaspoon of black pepper
One teaspoon of onion powder
One teaspoon of garlic powder
One teaspoon of mustard powder
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
Half a teaspoon of pink salt
2 tablespoons of stevia
1/4 cup of organic apple cider vinegar with the mother
HOW MUCH WATER?
2 Tbsp of Stevia hmm sounds like you are using granulated. I'm thinking 1/4-1/2 tsp of powered extract. Thoughts?
@Steven-rn2bu this is not my recipe. I just copied and pasted from her website

Just wondering, I saw another recipe and they cooked it through using similar ingredients. Are you sure we don't have to cook it and let it reduce?
You certainly could!! I do not.
Can I put balsamic vinegar instead?
DEFINITELY! And it would probably be delicious!

Of course I am not 💯. I have not sent it to a good lab to get tested. If you feel comfortable freezing it after 7 days, please do so!!
@@TheWellnessKitchenista ok thank you for the response:)
Is a sweetener really needed to make ketchup? Primal Kitchen makes great ketchup without a sweetener.

How many carbs in this sauce
The net carbs come primarily from the tomato paste. Vinegar and spices have very few. SO 2 tbsp of tomato paste has 5 net carbs. Hope you like it!
@@TheWellnessKitchenista thank u
@@NaYnO777 no problem.
Ner buy braggs, billgates bought it out using epeel coating for the apples=poison
OK, thank you!
I like that you didn't cook the probiotics.

I’d rather use real tomatoes and not processed food !
You can do whatever you feel is good for you 🍅
