We talk about Alex's broken thumb and what his recover will look like, Hinch getting trapped in a Range Rover, Thim writing a kids book that's not for kids, and more.
Re: the "windscreen" in the big Toronto mess... to me, watching on TV, the scariest bit was when Ferrucci's car landed upside down on the back end of Pietro's car. That could have been very very bad. You know, actually the LAUNCH could have hurt him. Remember a couple of years ago, the W series at COTA, when Abbie Eaton got launched hitting a sausage kerb and actually broke her back. I think that sudden upward change of direction for Santino could have done bad things to his back, for sure. Ugly.
I hope this gets answered/addressed. I've heard so much about the tire being designed for extra weight, but the weight gets swamped by downforce. The tire doesn't know if the weight is static or downforce or the combo. This shouldn't be a big deal other than front/rear balance. What am I missing?
The current hybrid systems are essentially 'useless nonsense' because of the way they are implemented in F1, and now Indycar. They talk about the "performance gains", but such claims are illusory because they are only gained by adding weight to the car. The V8 was 95 kilos and put out around 800hp. Current gen hybrid is 150 kilos and puts out around 1000hp. Well you give the ICE 55 extra kilos to put into displacement, and I'm sure a good engineer could get an extra 200+ hp out of the newer engine... Now if you exceed 800hp with your 95 kilo turbo/hybrid engine, or equal it with significantly better fuel mileage... That would be an actual Performance gain. Indycar added 47 kilos of weight to the car, and are now crowing about 60 extra hp. YAWN... When they start doing more with the same weight, then we'll really be talking.
James took full advantage of at last returning the "should've kept turning" joke 😅 Heal up quick Alex 👍
It think they just need to re-add the marshal post in the inside of that turn.
Someone needs to put "This side up" stickers on the Foyt cars. I nominate Rossi.

You need to have a "these are my racing scars" show❤😂
11:20 Perfect reply 😂

Situational awareness. Different point in the season to be wrecking teammates
👍
Thim, your book is unavailable, sold out already? If so let us know when it’s back in stock!
No issues with sound but can’t find link to Thim’s book and not finding by title on Amazon. 😊
Sooooo, we're not doing the thumbs up thing, that Thim loves, to kick off this episode?
39:14 😂
Becky lol 😂

Am I the only one that doesn't have sound
No you're not
It’s fine for me.
The censoring words thing is annoying.
