    I like how it goes from one plate to another at 10:39 as you seemingly forgot to cover the bones before roasting XD. Looks good though!

      I mean you‘e not gonna eat the bones anyway so covering them to not burn is mostly just for aesthetic

    not good to cook vegetables in metalic dishes because they oxidise, only in ceramic. Olive oil if to keep in the fridge over the night and it does not get as gelatine then it is counterfeit.
