So how do you get set up for the multiple time frames? Are you using TradingView? How did you get three different chart areas on that chart? It seems like you left out the beginning half and went straight to what we see in this video.

Add 3 charts with frames of your choice. From Menu list in MT4, click Window, then click Tile Vertically. Thats it. Very simple

This is inspiring and looks simple enough. However there is no real explanation about how to use the 3rd chart to time the trade.. This chart might as well be removed in this video.

Good point. The idea of the 3rd charty is you can use it as a re-entry if chart 2 and 3 are still in your direction
