I have ordered the adapter. I request that you post one more detailed video of the real shoot with the 110 F2.8 and the results. Preferably portraits. Thanks
I just gathered (?) that you are using the Mamiya 110 F 2.8 and the other lenses for the Mamiya M 645 model and not the Mamiya RZ.. Did I miss something? I was curious to know if it was (110 F 2.8 version ) was for the RZ model. I have the RZ and the lenses and the adapter I have ordered is for the RZ.
This lens is almost completely different on 6x7. Sadly the gfx sensor is just too small. I’d love to see somebody make a 645 to 6x7 speed booster, then I can see this lens being amazing on the GFX.
I use the Fotodiox adapter. It works perfectly fine, only issue is there's a small spring in it that comes out easily (I've lost the spring on mine by now) that keeps the lens locked into place in the adapter. So now the lens isn't locked into place, but it doesn't come off the adapter either so I haven't replaced it. If I could redo it I may get a better adapter, but this one works for now.
@@joshshanksphoto Hi Josh Kipon is expensive but works well. I adapted Phase One (Mamiya fit) lenses to GFX100. The 120/4 Macro, 80/2.8 and 55/2.8 should work well :)
A great lens that has never let me down.
great review with images just what I want to see.... to judge
The compression on the 110 is impressive
This was great, Josh! Great setup up!
Thank you, your feedback is appreciated 👍

Looks like a great vintage lens! Btw, have you tried the Pentax SMC 105mm f2.4?
I have not, but might try it one day just have no itch buy any new gear these days
@joshshanksphoto understandable. So much lenses to choose from these days
Nice lens review!

Hi Josh, which adapter do you recommend? Great shots!

Thanks, I’ll look into it. I have the 80 and 45… look forward to trying them on digital.
