In Dec'22, I suffered a stroke; in-flight to the hospital, the Holy Spirit moved into me, even the flight nurse knew something was happening. In the time since, God made it clear to me that many of Stryper's "love songs" are actually Him speaking to us. Like I told Rollen, God just wants us to be near to Him, to speak with Him often. Mike, I doubt you recall, but, back in 1984 (I think it was), ya'll were setting up to play at the 'Austin (TX) Opry House', I was the Jr High kid walking around, meeting each of you as well as your mom setting up the shirts/etc. in the hallway. I've kept you guys in my life all this time, despite running from God for nearly 40 years. Praise Him that he decided that was enough time lost and used my stroke to help me see my purpose in life.
