    ✌️
We got a Ace and a Home Depot down here on the Island.
Marathon got a Lowes. And of course we got to go to the mainland for Harbor Freight.

The yellow and brown one matches a Fuller I have. Cool video.

Yes, I believe those red headed screwdrivers were manufactured by Fuller, I have the remnants of a set from the 60s.

@@rogerice3826 yes, I also found a Fuller chisel with the same scheme, however if it doesn’t say Fuller on it, it may be a copycat. I also have a Fuller that’s yellow with blue, that’s a striking cap chisel, the non striking Fuller chisel has yellow and red.

Those Ace and True Value stores you referred to were franchises, weren't they?
As far as any screwdriver grip, I always tended to like the traditional Craftsman type, which I seem to get the best traction with.
Is there any way you could get Tiny in more vids??

No they're partnerships, but some are more franchise like.
I think it depends on whether they were an existing hardware store or not, Napa auto parts does the same thing.
About 15 years ago we got an ACE , and it was built from scratch so it's a full on Ace hardware store but is " Geyers Ace Hardware ".
Our Napa is " Boyd's auto parts " but with a NAPA sign, because they used to be entirely independent.
In the next town over where my dad grew up we have " Messicks hardware " that has a tiny little true value attached to the sign like a Nascar sponsor.
In the same town there's also the small lumber yard that's also true value affiliated.
The next town in the opposite direction has a local hardware that eventually partnered and it's the same situation with the little ACE added to their sign.
They get the ACE supply chain and merchandise, but lots of freedoms while mostly tending to stick to the formula.
They're independent, and that's why my Ace rewards points and coupons... etc are only valid at my local store where I have my number.
I can use my number at the big Ace franchise in the city, bit I'm not sure if I earn points or not.

That one with the red on the back is Fuller.

I believe that the Ace screwdrivers were made by Indestro.

I saw one of those in a bigger size at my local habitat for humanity restore but they wanted $5 for it. Too much for an old screwdriver
