- ➡️ The US Men's National Team opened their Copa América tournament with an impressive win over Bolivia, but the excitement was short-lived for manager Gregg Berhalter and his squad. Despite entering Thursday night's match against Panama as heavy favorites, the US Men lost, 2-1. They played the majority of the match with 10 men after Tim Weah took a boneheaded and selfish red card.

The red card Weah got was idiotic but I put a lot of blame on Gregg as well. In the first half even with the red I felt we were the better team even though Panama scored they were still struggling to get chances while we were getting opportunities. Then Gregg decided to bunker after half time and remove Gio our most creative player to bring on another defender. He basically invited Panama to attack us. I still don’t understand why he subbed off Balogun who was our best player his in game management and subs were awful. Now we have to win against Uruguay and do something we’ve never done under Berhalter which is beat a team that is better than us. The only positive is if we lose than hopefully Berhalther will be fired but I don’t trust the federation to appoint a good manager.

The US should’ve won this game even with 10 men, Panama is not at the level that the US is at. Greg is a bad manager and should be fired even if we get out the group. Subbing Pepi on when he is not doing great. This team has a lot of talent to be competing. In the press conference Greg mentioned the refs but it was clearly a red for Weah. If he continues we are screwed.
