I'm currently delving into the supply chain field. I recently obtained the resources for the CSCP certification, and the information you shared here is quite helpful.
Hey Jay! Thank you so much for this video, I am currently prepping for a Management Consultant interview at a firm that focuses on Supply Chain, so this was super useful. I am also super excited to check out your other videos :)
I'm 3 classes away from having a bachelor's degree in supply chain, transportation, and logistics management. I'm looking to pursue my masters in logistics engineering from Florida International University to be more data driven and to also have the ability to apply engineering principles to the supply chain domain. Would the certification in Unilever Supply Chain Data Analyst Professional Certificate be a good fit to better learn analytical skills for my respected domain. Thanks, Kourtney Albert
Hi, I am planning to do a similar certification either Unilever supply chain data analyst professional or MITx: Supply Chain Analytics but I am confused which one would be a better fit. Can you give me any suggestions regarding it?
I've been in demand and supply planning for quite some time now, but I'm contemplating a switch to a supply chain analytics role. Do you think going for a master's in data science would be a wise move for me? My bachelor's and master's degrees are both in supply chain management, with certifications in CSCP and SCOR. However, I lack coding skills in Python and R, as well as solid statistical knowledge beyond the basics. At my current company, we primarily use Excel and VBA to handle processes and optimize based on KPIs, so I'm concerned that diving into data science might be overwhelming.
If you don't mind me asking, what's the salary like for you? The certifications anx masters that you have, does that make you more attractive to employers ? I'm interested in getting a masters in supply chain management via the military and acquiring as many certifications as I can accrue. Is that good idea?
Question, if I have experience and skills in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, SPSS Modeler, Tableau, is Supply Chain Analyst a good field to consider?
In theory, yes, but the practical application of it requires actual thinking/application to the variable processes going on. It’s great at theoretical information, but still needs to be improved for extended variables. My opinion of course.
I am currently pursuing a master's in business analyst, done my bachelors in civil engineering and I have great interest in the supply chain field, more of an analyst job. What potential things are needed for an employer to hire me? Love to hear your suggestions.

Hi, looking to get into supply chain analytics wondering if supply chain management degree would be a good fit for this?
no learn from coursera. supply chain analytics is the course name
I don't think course degrees are the best way to get a job but maybe a great way to discover if that's what you want to do or not.
If you are attending a top 5 SCM university then it will be very easy to find a job in any industry you want.
Heyy bro!! Whats diff in masters in logistics & Scm and PGDM in logistics & Scm? Which one is did u prefer?

Hey Jay, I recently earned by CSCP certification, will that be of any help while getting into an SC Analyst role?
So far it will help to get a supply chain analyst job. But doing the job properly need some experience.
Question, if I have experience and skills in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, SPSS Modeler, Tableau, is Supply Chain Analyst a good field to consider?
Sure
BRO LMFAO I WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT IN THE BEGGINING, APPRECIATE YOU
Couldn’t we use Chat GPT for those problems
