Some ppl like certain videos like pimple popping to give them a "satisfied" feeling. To me that's just gross. But this is awesome. The cleaner the carpet gets the happier I feel. This is probably why I have so many different vacuum cleaners lol. Different ones are good for different things!

Man, that's great. I used to live right down the street from a carpet cleaning company that only charged $10/room, with a three-room minimum, and they were awesome like this. It's hard to find a great company. I paid much higher once to clean the place I'd been renting before moving out. They did fine on the freshening part, BUT we had five stain spots in all, and at the end they showed me that they could not get ANY of them out! I spoke with a neighbor, used the vinegar-water solution with a rag and clothes iron, and they came out! Not right away, but they did.
So when you find somewhere like the one in Fort Wayne, make friends with them and stick with them!
If you shampoo the carpet and leave soapy residue in the fibers, dust and dirt will stick to it like glue. That's probably what happened here. You should always use some sort of rinse to neutralize the sticky residue. Vinegar mixed with water works really well and keeps your carpets from getting so dirty looking again so quickly.
That was great. Didn't get it all out but most of it and that makes the carpet look way better in the end.

the trunk mount steam cleaner or extractor is the best for carpet cleaning.but first you apply a citrus spray than brush the carpet.ive done it for 10 years it's a eazy process and takes almost any stain out its better than rug doctor or any shampoo bull.

That carpet is at least 20 years old. It is the wrong type of carpet to use in an entranceway. It looked like a funky apartment anyway and I have dealt with slumlords like him before; mostly when I was an undergraduate. Guys like that would rather scrub an old piece of carpet than buy a new runner.

Try using a Microclean carpet cleaning machine and get those tuff spots out of your rugs and carpets! This is a great video though! I wonder how hot he set the temperature! Just look at that dirt extracted from the carpet!

God Damn! It looks like somebody died in that entryway and the body wasn't discovered for weeks! I hate carpet! Especially in a rental environment where people don't have pride of ownership. Just put in laminate floors. Renters love them, they look like wood, they don't scratch, they can be mopped clean when the damn dog pisses and craps all over them and they will last forever.
AJ Chubber yes it makes all the difference if people take care of them. I would at least have a hard surface by the front door but for bedrooms and living rooms it can be nice.

I prefer bare floors. An area rug can be put down. When an area rug geets nasty, you can take it outside and drape it over a fence or whatever, then you can clean it with the garden hose and soap, let it hang there and dry overnight.

Most people don't know or care about how dirty their carpets are. Unless the landlord come around a couple of times a year to clean the carpet in each apartment. It is very unlikely to ever be cleaned until a new tenant moves in. So make it mandatory that the carpet must be deep cleaned at least twice per year. If they cannot prove that it's been done. The landlord should call in his own cleaner and charge the tenants.

Carpet is disgusting. As a landlord it's more cost effective for you to put in laminate wood flooring. One time and done. Your tenants will be happier too and you'll never have to pay a carpet cleaner or replace the whole house when they move, possibly just areas if there is damage.
But carpet is a lot more comfortable on the bare feet

I wish I had that. My boyfriend's parents moved out of their old house and left it for us and our baby that will be here next month and they had a shampooer but it didn't work that well because it had been used so many times with the wrong cleaner and the carpet is 15 years old but the pushing shampooe r and it quit so we got a new hand held hoover one because we didn't have enough money to get the pushing one at the time so I have been on my hands and knees with the hand held one and my carpet looks like this one in the video through out the house. Ugggghhh wish I had that machine 😡

If the previous owners had pets, the carpet should have been replaced. Also, how old is that carpet , really? I believe the previous occupants lived there a while. If I were a landlord, I would replace it. Think what if they were dirty, bed bugs, lice, fleas, stains from gee I don't know . I. Ran live love clean environments, but it's the removal methods taking. I would feel better knowing my new tenets would appreciate removal of that gross carpet and look at me as a responsible Land lord .
