Hi Ayan . IBP inventory videos was super helpful. Can you post a video on the working of supply finite heuristics with examples ? Thanks for all the efforts
Hi Ayan, i want my forecast to respect seasonality . For example, every year during winter the clients sales are very low. I want the forecast also to drop during those periods but my forecast is high even after considering time series analysis. Can you please suggest how to make the forecast consider seasonality?
Which of the following are functions of SAP IBP for Demand? (3 correct) 1.) Demand Sensing of demand data using predictive analytics tools 2.) Hello Ayan, I have a generic question, can we shift a target key figure values with respect to another key figure? Example if I have an input key figure and with respect to 'leadtime' which is another key figure, can I populate the values in a target keyfigure wrt my original input keyfigure but shifted by leadtime keyfigure? Can you pls throw some light and share your thoughts here, your response s much awaited and appreciated, thanks
Which of the following approaches could you take to reduce run times of an optimizer?Note: There are 3 correct answers to this question. A.Increase the use of incremental lot size beyond the frozen horizon. B.Use non-overlapping networks by using subnetwork ID maintained at Location-Products to reduce the size of the problem. C.Avoid using telescopic time buckets. D.Keep the number of fairshare segments small. E.Split into multiple planning areas to support weekly vs. daily planning needs.
Love your videos. please dont stop making them!

If that is the case, then you should select the correct method. Try to select trend seasonality. I think you will get the desired result.

Use the function IBP_PERIODSHIFT and in the 2 parameter use the lead time kf or attribute
