I got septorhinoplasty where they take a chisel to the nose aswell and it isnt painful but your eyes swelling shut and the vacuum that happens in your throat when you try swallow food is kinda scary, felt like i had nothing in the centre of my face for few months till nerves healed but only painful part was when they have to pull packing out of your nose post surgery
