Older apartments in Lithuania go for 10k-40k euro, newer ones are a bit more expensive. Land for a place to live is around a few thousand euro, houses go for 40-60k (old, small, unrenovated), 110k (new, small), 200k+ (new and large).

@@user-ge4uk9ui8y Thanks,it would be very interesting to know what the cost of a 100 acre or so farm costs , or even say 50 odd acres with a cool traditional house and barn
@@roarkbjorn2389 100 acres of good farming land would cost 100k-120k euros. Traditional houses from 1800s - early 1900s are considered as undesirable, they're usually given away to be recycled (they're made fully out of wooden logs), so you'd only need to pay for the land if you managed to get a traditional house on the property. You'd need to spend some money restoring it though, they usually don't have electricity, running water or toilets.

I thought it was only a matter if time before the scooters exploded in Tenerife- I love them😃
This is very interesting- I assumed you could do anything you wanted here because every flat is completely different
@@FreddieDobbs you're far more polite and better brought up than I for sure:-(
sadly I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve with regards foodstuffs I don't particularly care for, and no one can convince me beetroot is nice. The first phase I learnt here was "sin cebolla" and it remains my favourite Spanish phrase, whereas Dalia believes everyone loves onion or should be force fed them till they do. she's worse than my bloody mother!!
anyhoo ELR is at the vets in Puerto de la Cruz and the Zed specialist has found why it was running so rough so parts ordered and will be a different bike when I get her back in a month or so.👍
seeing the short Instagram clip, I thought the RE design has tried to be more faithful and sympathetic to the original design such as the rear bracing around the shocks. it works well.
love to Monika, hopefully she's loving her first trip back in 6 years and enjoying catching up on family and friends. 🙂
Gorgeous place 👍
Your cat is so beautiful
It would be very interesting if you could show us few house and land/farm prices .
Thanks Freddie . Love your videos
I definitely will do🙂
Older apartments in Lithuania go for 10k-40k euro, newer ones are a bit more expensive. Land for a place to live is around a few thousand euro, houses go for 40-60k (old, small, unrenovated), 110k (new, small), 200k+ (new and large).
@@FreddieDobbs Thanks Freddie , it would be very interesting what th cost of a 100 acre or so farm costs , or even say 50 odd acres with a cool traditional house and barn
Lithuania looks like my kind of place. Food looks good too.
Good for you that it is raining ,over hear in Italy it is nearly 2 months that we don't see a drop and it is very hot. and when I say hot i mean very very hot
Love Vilnius., where "Every dog has a right to be a dog."
Totally different video from the norm Freddie but just as enjoyable 👍 by the way it was lovely and sunny 🌞 today in Stoke on Trent and the forecast is for it to hit the low 30’s by next Monday…sorry mate 😂👍
My mother’s family all come from Vilnius 💕 I would love to visit see if I can find any information on them x
We called Lazy Cake "Polish Chocolate Cake" back in the 80s.
Welcome to Vilnius! What a complete coincidence, I've watched your impressions on the Moto Guzzi V7 and UA-cam now suggests your videos, and now I discover you're visiting my home town! Where are you planning to ride to?
The cat sitting and sleeping on the couch. 🥺🥺
My first view of Vilnius.
Looks great. Worth a trip for the cake!
Are the roads all cobbles like a lit of the rest of the East? Not good in the wet on a bike.
But we're keen to visit.
Watching with interest.
Happy travels 👍
Mainly old town central Vilnius for the cobbled streets. The rest of the roads are all good tarmac so far🙂👌🏻🏍🤘🏻
Seems like Freddie don’t have scooter in Ipswich😅
Cheers from Kyiv🇺🇦
Very nice man and great voice.
Can’t believe you left Monica behind..!! 🤣 Are we going to see her in front of the camera in her home town…??
