I'm kinda surprised you didn't talk about any of the chase variants(the ones where the figure looks different, but they look the same in game) or Eons elite. A fair amount of them weren't sold in stores, just given as gifts to employees or people who attend events. I'm currently trying to save up for one of the rarest skylanders.
@@darkonautgaming23 flocked springtime trigger happy. Haven't been able to save up enough yet cause I'm not getting alot of shifts at work. They cost like $500+
I’ve had gnarly Tree Rex my entire life, and i got it in stores a whole 8-9 years before I even played giants. I find him really useful since both of Tree Rex’s upgrade paths are great. I found out this is really common for some reason , but I never had real krypt king. I just have nitro, which considering how nitro Skylanders are faster, I don’t know what my full opinion on actual krypt king is. But maybe I’ll get it just because he’s like my second favorite trap master. This is also a weird thing, but sometimes I go to a used game store which has an entire rack of skylanders. I usually go every few weeks to check for ones I don’t have, but usually there’s nothing. Anyways, since they sell each Skylander for $3, I got legendary bash, chop chop, and blade from there for $9. So that’s cool. Just a quick dumb story I remembered while writing this, at the game store, one time I saw batspin and rocky roll, but I didn’t know their worth, and didn’t consider getting them. I really regret that
When I was 8 or 9, I got legendary Astroblast for most likely around 10 dollars as well as his car and the Wolfgang trophy. I lost Astroblast and the trophy and someone who used to come to clean my family’s house lost the car.
I remember seeing a *very* limited edition run of Brand Staple skylanders that came with their own display case and unique commemorative color scheme. I bought 3 of them, and even still have the display cases, but I dont see mention of them here... wonder if they were just too rare to be remembered, or if they just arent being sold
I think I know what you mean! If I remember correctly they were advertised as 3x more powerful than the regular ones. I used to have Whirlwind and my brother always got mad at me whenever I used her in PvP haha
@@Lele-km9zr funny thing the 3* power was never actually applied to pvp. Pvp was removed in trap team which is the game these were introduced. They are eons elite. They are the spyros adventure figures with gold bases and a special repaint. They do work in all games but dont have the 3* boost in older games.
First off, I got 90% of the prices from the SCL shop. Second off I posted this video almost a year ago and prices raise with time so of course they may not all be identical
I don’t even need to watch this video to know that your soul would probably go for a cheaper price than every Skylander plus variants. ESPECIALLY when you get into chase variants.
Idk if u forgot but back in the day when i played giants i had a glow in the dark fright rider and a halloween eyebrawl. Just thought id mention it incase u forgot.
@@ryanvealt2151 no problem, I get notifications for every comment and I like to respond to my viewers so! Anyway a chase variant is one that doesn’t show up in game. It is only different on the physical figure.
Sorry if this has already been asked about but, What about the literal repaints that do not change their appearance in game? Like for example theres a bronze painted variant of flameslinger I remeber, Are these worth anything?
Some of these I’m like oh cool I have them and then I’m like I saw those in the store and I was thinking for one of them I already had a water trap master why would I need another

This video gives me a clear indication on how much the variants I am missing cost thank you!
Of course! Glad it helped!
Tfw you realize all the variations are basically SHINY Skylanders

Probably chase and not variants do they look different t in game
These are called eons elite. And they have gold bases with a clear plastic bottom
They’re called eons elites, not too rare but they normally average around £20 some being quite a bit higher
ive always had a nitro magna charge and as i kid i always thought i had the normal one and when i so the red one i was confused
Pumpkin Eye Brawl!
How about a chase variant sequel
0:21 more deserving then my video with 60k that was just a meme
Holy grail finally VARIANTS
back in the day, polar whirlwind was a really rare skylander to have.
Plus my amount from last video. My collection is worth $183 at that time plus Kick-Off Countdown’s worth at the time of this video’s release.

Nice, I got Nitro Magna Charge.
What about the Halloween variant of Eyebrawl?
That's a chase variant, it doesn't appear like that in-game
This was a great video. Keep it up!
Thank you!
@@WilliamEddis You are very welcome!
You are telling me Santa Chompy Mage costs less than normal one? Crazy
Great video but you didn’t speak about the Halloween version of Eye brawl
Already know this is gonna be a mad one

In Poland polar whirlwind cost only 15zl (3,74$)
You should do chase variets next
You need to mention how much it is to purchase every, single, trap varient
Oh yes, I have lots of variants so can’t wait to see this
You forgot Glow in the Dark Cynder and Sonic Boom..
What was going on with the Eon’s Elite Series?
You forgot eye-brawls variant for giants
Pretty neat video
Can u do "How Much Does It Cost To Buy every Trap/Magic Item/Creation Crystal?
This was already partially covered in my original video but definitely could be expanded on if I continue this series further
The only variant I have is Enchanted Star Strike.
How much does it cost to buy all the non in game change variants(flocked, glow in the dark, clear, etc)
You forgot rock Candy painyatta
Idk if its cause of a different country but the prices of these are so wrong in conparising to varients in the netherlands
Yup! Different currencies will do that!

Variants make my wallet sore
What about crystal tuff luck?
I got e3 hotstreak for like 12 dollars

Cool vid but where is snowderdash
Snowderdash is a chase variant
What about glow in the dark Spyro

Where are you basing this from like the website ?
The SCL shop.
Let's go
These prices are so outdated its not even funny. And its only been a year.
