I'm watching this on my S22 and I am amazingly happy with this phone. I was afraid of the GOS scandal and the battery life at first, but now I'm a month in and I have little to none to complain about this phone! The battery life, sure, is shorter than the iPhone 13 or S22 Plus but the experience using this small, flagship device is a treat. Plus, everytime I take off my phone case is a treat for my eyes. I love everything about my Green S22!
Me too, and coincidently I was also watching on my s22..... I just wish if I could use this piece of art without a case..... just because I have to use this phone for a min of 4 years I thought of not to use without a case.

I switched from the Pixel 6 Pro to the S22, and I have been so much happier. The P6P was simply too big. I absolutely love the size of the S22 and the way it feels in the hand. So happy that I can get a flagship experience in a "small" phone. Battery life is probably the biggest compromise, but I still get a solid day out of it with my personal usage patterns.
I have made the exact same switch. Loved my Pixel 6 Pro, but just too big for me. I'm loving the flat display and ease of handling. Feels very premium, 1080p screen is sharp and bright. Software smooth as butter.
@Koala Beer. The s22 is quite different to the s21. It feels better but it's also shaped differently. the s20/s21 and s8 for example were all quite tall and weren't wide but the s22 is slightly wider and not as tall. Great form factor
I feel like Samsung would have a small community of enthusiasts if they made a Mini series of their galaxies. Apple made iPhone mini and people loved it. I'd adore a galaxy S22 mini
I had de S3 and S4 minis, moved over to the A series when they ditched them, and returned for the S10e. No newer small(ish) android offers has me tempted to replace it with an iPhone 13 mini, at least that will have more years of support down the line.
Nope. S22 is small enough. Iphone 13 sells way better than iphone 13 mini. Android is strugglying with battery life even on s22. s22 mini battery would have been awful.
Got it for 299 for porting to Google fi! I'm so damn excited for the phone! I am absolutely fine with the battery. I used an iPhone Se first gen for 2yr with powerbank everywhere and recently moved to Android with mi 11x with SD870 and a pixel rom!!! I never needed an upgrade BUT i 299 for this,I'm all in!!!
Was thinking about buying the S21 FE for $400-600, until I saw the Google Fi deal today on the S22 for $299. I''m on T-Mobile prepaid, so switching to Google Fi should be easy and seamless. And for the price, seems like a no brainer.
I think I really love the form factor of the S22 6.1 is the best size for a device. Hopefully future phones will always adopt a 6.1 inch model along with their enormous model. Looking at you Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro lol, once again, another fantastic video though
Have upgraded from S21 and have found S22 Snapdragon version quite satisfactory for normal use. I like small phones and have a 12 mini too. I can only say that the battery life has seemed to be satisfactory to me. It lasts around 2 days for me as I use these two as phones and never play any game.
I had Samsung for my entire life until about two years ago. I currently am watching this on the IPhone 13 Pro Max but it dosent mean I can’t appreciate the models Samsung are putting out still x
I went with the S21 FE due to the S22's battery size. Coming from the iPhone 13 Mini, I could have managed it, but it didn't seem like the upgrade I was looking for
I have one, it reminds me of the look and feel of older samsung devices, in a good way. It feels so nice, because I have relatively weak hands and short thumbs, I usually have to support most larger phones with two hands, this is almost fully usable with one and I can type and reach the other side of the screen pretty easily with my thumb while holding it something I haven't been able to do on an android flagship for a while. The size and light weight are nice. The battery is ok I guess. My old phone had significantly more battery life, but it was in a completely different size, weight and power class so it wouldn't be fair to compare it to that. That said, I think I will be getting a power bank because I think I would potentially have issues with longer periods of time when I don't have access to a charger. The sound and display are both good enough for me. I don't listen to music through the speakers because I use ear buds, but it puts out alright sound for videos. I like how dim the display can get so it is less bad on my eyes in the dark. Overall, good experience so far. I am not (and will never be) an apple product user, so I can't compare it to the iphone or the mini in any useful way, but I like this better just because I am team android.
If samsung would put big battery & high end cameras on the s22 it would sell great i don't like that the s22ultra get more features than the s22 when they are all top end devices....the difference between s22 & s22ultra should only be s pen & size

I literally just dropped my note 10 plus and my screen is shattered, so I’m looking for a replacement. I just bought this only because it’s cheaper then the s22 plus. It looks like a decent phone and size don’t bother me much and I never used the stylus on my note, so I hope I’m going be happy with it. Definitely getting some sort of screen pretecor and not just a case this time around. Can’t believe I shattered it :(

I am a potential customer towards this product and have watched several videos on the pair of ear buds. But the thing is, they don't talk much about audio quality.
I just got s22 and the battery drains fast if you live on it like I do. I am used to a bigger phone so it's weird holding it I hope once I get a case and a popsocket on it will feel better. The sound when talking on the phone to me was not as loud as I would like but my family says it's OK I do have bad hearing. No headphone jack and the volume button in on the right side I wished it was on the left but I think it's what you get used to and I'm sure all these complaints will fade as I adjust to the phone. I wanted the iphone13 pro max but didn't want to pay an extra 400 so I went with the s22. So far nothing bad to say about it, think I'll like it once my case for it comes in. As long as it doesn't drop calls and works I should be content with it.

The only thing that's terrible about that phone is the battery life. Especially if you're coming from a phone like the Pixel 6, 4.5 hoursof battery life isn't going to cut it

Been using the exynos version for 10 days now and will be returning it, it's a shame that this version stutters big time. My z flip 3 was smoother than this.
I have snapdragon S22+ and exynos S21+.. And sadly, as a person who are not always gaming, I'll admit snapdragon much hotter and drain battery faster.. I'll choose exynos vers but sadly samsung only bring the snapdragon vers to my country.. And the heptic motor in S22 series are CRAP

Samsung isnt one of the best display manufacturers in the world. It IS the best display manufacturer in the world. All its smartphone brand rivals use its screens to get great screens on their phones. Even Samsung midrangers have better screens that flagships of other brands. As for the Exynos 2200, its great. All of the reviewer nonsense is just them talking trash about what they dont know about. Im glad you chose to hold off on your opinion until you have it unlike some tech youtubers out there. The Exynos 2200 after some updates have been optimized and are as good as the snapdragon models. And yeah, the snapdragon chips on these ones are also made by Samsung.
Absolutely S22 nice Phone but have bad 3700mh battery and Low Selfie Camera. If compare with Iphone 13, I believe IPhone 13 has better performance and Battery Life

I easily get 4.5 to 5.5 hours of sot on lte.

Well they are releasing the 6.1 inch Pixel 6a in July. I am excited to give it a try even though it is only a 60hz display😡.

The rumour says the s23 series will have big improvement to the battery size. I will wait to get S23. Hopefully the size is still compact.

I switched from the giant S21 Ultra to S22 because I have arthritis and holding a giant phone is not ideal. Less painful and I'm happy about it

I love my S22 📱 I even traded in my Pixel 6 Pro because it was horrible, especially the fingerprint sensor! The S22 is the perfect size.

@@marufio That's what I was trying to say sorry, You and I are right about the cameras I'm still on the fence I'm looking at getting a better phone just for my drone I need more brightness in the sunshine, I still run a A40 at moment.
Question is the screen bright enough as I fly drones thankyou. At the moment I use the A40 which is not to good in sunlight thanks.

Samsung isnt one of the best display manufacturers in the world. It IS the best display manufacturer in the world. All its smartphone brand rivals use its screens to get great screens on their phones. Even Samsung midrangers have better screens that flagships of other brands. As for the Exynos 2200, its great. All of the reviewer nonsense is just them talking trash about what they dont know about. Im glad you chose to hold off on your opinion until you have it unlike some tech youtubers out there. The Exynos 2200 after some updates have been optimized and are as good as the snapdragon models. And yeah, the snapdragon chips on these ones are also made by Samsung.
