I met her in person, in private, and i could thank her for saving my life...
We hugged, i cried, she said she was glad she could save me. She smiled at me while holding me and said "i wish you good luck with your life, keep listening"

Yeah there's a man i deeply love and the pain is so unbearable as I await for his return from the Syrian war. His love moves me like no other love has ever. My heart cañ hear him calling me. This song really gets it, ty u Amy.
As another musician (albeit on an incredibly smaller scale) that gave up the trappings of touring to raise a family, I have the utmost respect for Amy's new direction. Raising a child is the most important job any of us can ever do, and it's just damn refreshing to see her take this on rather than roadwork. You can't replace that lost time. This project allows her to create and still share that talent with us without taking away from Job #1. Kudos to you Amy!!

I don't know about anybody else, but I'm getting a very Origin-esque feel from this track. It's very different to a lot of the other songs Amy has done seperate from Evanescence, and it's very different to most of Evanescence's music. But that's why I love it - I love seeing artists stretch their musical muscles and getting their mits into new stuff that's not what they'd usually do. She's expanding as a musician and I love it!

I do love Evanescence and everything, but this shows another awesome, creative side of you. I know this is more of a soundtrack, but I really hope to hear more solo stuff from you in the future. I've always wanted to hear some of your stuff outside of the band and you most certainly did not disappoint. Thank you for sharing your amazing talents with us. Honestly, after listening to you every single day in the last about 12 years, it really surprised me. Then I was like, "Oh, what, can't you hear? It's so Amy! Have you forgotten that she is human like you? A very talented woman, who wants to express herself by music." Then I realized that I want to do the same, although I can't :-(

The only thing I can't understand why ppl can't understand that people do change, and when musicians go through something, it may affect their style and ppl are just like "whoa, what the heck happened, it's absolutely not the same band/singer then it used to be" Of course it's not, ppl change, learn to deal with it at last!

This is just a movie soundtrack and evanescence is back, hopefully.
+Zhyar Merlin thats a lie the band did change all of the original members but Amy are gone last album and to be honest there was like two good songs. Amy is a mainstay Evanescencve is just a name she stole from ben moody.
Sandra Brown Ben Moody is a loser.
If he's really that successful he can go and take care of his trashy band WATF that's all about making covers of Fallen and copying Amy.
However, TOD didn't quite match the success of Fallen, but it stayed in the #1 of Top 100 charts for weeks. Which makes it quite successful.
Evanescence is the best and always will be.
I don't care how all the original band members left without Amy Lee, Evanescence would've been NOTHING, in the first place.
Amy is all that matters.

I've actually been waiting for something a little different from Amy. I actually like the throwback. It sounds very similar to her early EPs. I've been a fan since 2003, and I will continue to follow her and Evanescence out of loyalty (afterall, they did get me into a lot of other bands I wouldn't have found otherwise). I don't care what other people say about the music she did for this Soundtrack. I like that it's different from her usual work. When an artist keeps doing the same thing over and over they grow stale. Amy has a lot of potential to do anything really. I'm excited to hear more from her - solo or the band.
