Funnest fact: Hulk's open hand grips Wolverine's waist perfectly and can one-arm wolvie for display purposes. Pretty friggin' cool!

The Select Abomination kinda makes sense, since he's supposed to be bigger than the Hulk. Maybe Marvel can tweak this body for an updated version of Abomination.

In Tales To Astonish 89 (?), Bruce Banner attempted to commit suicide by overdosing on Gamma radiation but MPs found him and dragged him away into custody. Emil Blonsky disguised as an MP stays behind and activates the Gamma ray machine and gets the full dose intended for Banner. It doesn't kill Blonsky aka the Abomination but makes him stronger than the Hulk but unable to change back. The Hulk always beats the Abomination because of his mindless savagery as Blonsky's transformation didn't impair his intelligence.

@Ken Penalosa Butterfly joints go only rearwards which sucks as it should be to the front. So no thunderclap which woulda been hard to do w/o "thunderclap" hands. Instead of that ripped shirt, I woulda preferred a non angry "serious" look headsculpt. The shoulder pads on Wolvy are comic accurate based on his 1st app look so they are justified. As with Hulk, I wish they had included a closed mouth "sneering" Wolvy head sculpt.
@Ken PenalosaUgh, was never a fan of that guy. Plus Hulk's shirt never really stays on him except for th 80s series version with big Lou as the Hulk. Maybe they were throwing that in there as a homage to that show?
Would love to see a comparison with Figuarts Hulk. Might just be me, but I think SHF Hulk can double as a comic Hulk if you really wanted. Fantastic review btw!

@@mthuree8171 Yes. I have the Amazon Exclusive and preordered all the other available Fox Hugh Jackman figures. By the end of 2020 Hasbro will have exhausted most of those too. Just need the black leather X suits/ Day of Future past and maybe the clone version in Logan.

Great review UU! That Hulk looks dope! This is a set I don't mind paying full price for, lol. Only thing I can see being improved is the forward motion of the butterfly joint, otherwise everything else is great.
That butterflies on Hulk are dope
I ordered mine from Hasbro Pulse. The upside, don't have to be hunting for it plus free shipping; the down side, waiting for it to be delivered.

After hearing about this Hulk for awhile I finally picked up this set. I had low expectations for the Wolverine but man is that body great for him. He can pose like crazy! Articulation on mine is stiff but hopefully that will get worked out. Hulk is all kinds of awesome. Classic, savage, purple pants awesome.
The Tiger Strike Wolverine should have been as yellow as that Wolverine
About the wolverine claws, the weapon x version has hands that have a channel for the claws instead of just the little holes on the claws

I love them both. The visuals for the Hulk is what I love and the same for wolverine but the mask is iffy for me. This still looks hella dope

Main difference between the figure and from the comic is that in the comic his eyes aere whited out and the mask continued all the way to the sockets, with the figure, He has pupils and more open eye holes for the mask
Best hulk ever made,been after this design for so long.finaly,just about as perefct as I'd hoped.now a new octopus with bendable tentacles another rhino and hulkbuster.
It would be kinda cool if they made another two pack with a new updated Sabertooth and a new Abomination. That would be cool, even if they don’t really fit in with each other,
This Hulk looks amazing!! Wish the butterfly joints went forward more but that's alright. The body is so big that I wonder if they single pack it often. And I REALLY hope we get an Immortal Hulk on this body. #unparalleledsdcc2019
Finally someone puts him next to the select abomination, i have and ganna keep it i think the size fits better sometimes abomination is drawn bigger than the hulk but i want to know whos bigger this HULK or the select cause that's the one im replaceing. And now all we need is a Bruce Banner to go with this HULK.

I think it’s fair to compare the Infinity War Hulk with this one, because they both look like frontrunners for the best 1/12 Hulk figures of all time

Funny how *no one* is noticing Wolverine's eyes are independently looking off to the sides. They're all like this; to a certain degree. It's got chameleon-eyes syndrome.
The other Wolverine costume is actually brown and tan (like an actual wolverine). At least, that's what it is supposed to be (the Toy Biz ML version nailed it). The paint applications on Hulk is good compared to the Wolverine figure. I agree multiple heads would've been nice.

This Hulk is DOPE!!! Wishing H. Pulse would go ahead and ship these already!! Everything looks good I'm just surprised out of the reviews I've seen so far no has made mention that Hulk doesn't come with a particular hand set.... CLAPPING HANDS!!! Hahahahaaa!! Would've definitely been a 10/10 on that front but 9/9 and 3/4's is still AWESOME haha. Great review homie!

@manofsteel33 It will be! Hasbro is releasing a hulk in a vintage wave, and I will bet you anything it's the same body mold. The Hasbro I know almost Always reuses body molds. We will have to wait, but for once I'm HAPPY that they're reusing their figures. I absolutely HATE that wolverine.

Gaaah! They were able to sculpt a torn shirt for the Hulk that is made of soft plastic but they couldn't do it for Storm's cape. Storm would have looked neater if the wrist attachment didn't look so sloppy.

Man, I love that Hulk! I also don't have a Wolverine so I'll be getting this, but I'm like you. I don't like that head. It just look goofy to me. Would it be possible to pop the head off and put on a different one?

This is a great two pack, the Hulk is outstanding, is it the same size as a Select Hulk, are you gonna get the SDCC 2019 version it is a bit darker green. (Toy bus did a version with a soft goods shirt). First appearance Wolvwerine is nice, have you tried custom metal claws, vast amounts improvement.
