Nice video, but if you can get a Haas you should also be able to get a nice set of step drills and a ratcheting tap handle. Try 'em ,and you will like 'em.

what about the dropouts where water is coming out of the holes in the video?
Those aren't connected to the gas tank after the seat tube is sealed.
How long will it stay sealed.
It's about a quart and a half. You can go about 70 miles on a tank.
Does this work on a steel felt?
