Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I'm a novice and was completely lost with what to do. This was perfect! I wish you many beautiful, happy blooms!
Thank you for talking about the difference between spent blooms and incipient blooms. On my petunias, it's often difficult to tell the differrence. So far in my UA-cam search of the subject, you're the only one to address this dilemma. Thank you. Keep up the great work!!!
Thank you so much for this video.. It answered all my concerns and question about petunia like where to get seeds... Frequency of fertilizing... And type of fertilizer... Why its changing color and most importantly pruning petunia! Love love LOVE the video
so informative. The more information you can share the BETTER! 🥰 Can you believe I kept cutting off all my new blooms for 3 weeks!! hahaha. i was thinking that they were growing in already spent/dead because I had divided them and re potted into separate pots! But you helped me to tell the difference between spent blooms and new buds haha. My plants are now bushy and beautiful with so so many blooms :) THANK YOU

Many many thanks to you for Video Excellent Lacture on Petunias ☘️ In details A to Z for Petunias Flowers It will be very helpful to the Petunias Lovers ❤️
Last year i collected seeds of my all petunia colors.i have around 10 types and colors and this year all plants sowed by seeds and my garden looks like a nursery.
@koushik krishna, Thank you So So much for your amazing feedback and I truly appreciate it :-) The diameter and height is almost same, 6 inch and there is only difference of 1/2 inch. In maximum pots, both values are almost similar unless the pot is like Alibaba pot (the one which I used here - ua-cam.com/video/-tcHFko78Go/v-deo.html) Thank you once again and Happy Gardening :-)
Thanks so much for the video! My purple petunias leaves are continuing to look yellow or brown at the bottom!? Do they just need more water or is there more going on...too crowded or too many in one pot or something else? Thanks again!
i love your video. all in one - non stop. tqvm. my petunias is okay but 2 of them their leaves are getting dull. i dont know why and what to do... i hang up my petunias and only get sunlight in the morning. ... im from Malaysia.
@Kai D' Rozario , Thank you so much for the support and for your feedback, appreciate it. There could be few reasons why this may happen and those are - 1. If you have recently moved the plants from one place to another - For example - you have recently bought the plants from nursery and they were in different environment. If this is the case, there is no need to worry too much as they would adjust in their new environment very soon. 2. More water - Since they get only the morning sunlight, you would need to water them less often. Before watering, please always do a soil test. You can just touch the soil and see if it's moist or dry. Water only when you feel it's dry or if you see your plants are droopy. 3. Lack of enough sunlight - In Winter season, morning sunlight is not that strong. So, Plz make sure you rotate the pot so that all parts of plants get the enough sunlight and grow uniformly. Also, Plz remove any yellow/brown leaves as soon you spot them. 4. Lack of fertilizer - If you haven't fertilized them in last few days (15-20 days), then fertilize them once and you would see the result very soon. 5. Lack of good airflow - Since you are growing them in hanging pot, I don't think this could be the reason at all. But mentioning here because, lack of good airflow can be the reason behind lots of fungal diseases. Sorry for the long reply :-( Without knowing much details or pics, bit difficult to tell the exact reason. But I am 100% sure, it would be one of the above. You might need to fix just one or two things and I am sure, they would thrive again very soon :-) Plz also make sure to apply organic pesticide on a regular basis. Thank you and plz let me know if you have any questions and I would get back ASAP!
Hello my friend I just like to say what a fantastic video I quite enjoyed watching it's your video and keep up the good work and thank you for sharing the video with us and be safe you and your family thank you❤❤👍
Great help. Thanks. One thing I would like ro know. After applying saaf all leaves become white spotted for next 15-20 days due to the fungicide which looks ugly. What do you do to remove these white residual fungicides on plant leaves?
@Noel Biswas, Glad to know you found it helpful and thank you for your feedback, appreciate it :-) Yah, it happens..and perhaps, you took more than 2 gram in 1 liter water. Anyway, you can spray just normal water to clean the leaves if you like. But again, fungicide won't be that active in that case.
@Jharieltravel, Thank you SOOOOOOOOO much for the feedback, appreciate it. For Maximum flowers on Petunia, I already have a video and you can watch it here - ua-cam.com/video/-tcHFko78Go/v-deo.html If any questions, please let me know :-)
Hi, I've put down some petunia multiflora seeds for the summer. What i would like to know is, if I can plant the seedlings in hanging basket or shoukd I plant in normal container pots. Also im not sure of the root system of the multiflora variety. So what should the ideal depth of the pot be ?
Thanks a lot for reply to me. I have just purchased 3 completed plants of Petunia . My question is that , how much water should give to this plant and what should i do to more to care this plant so that i can get flowers in this Petunia plant . My next question is that , from where I can buy liquid fertilizer ?
Hi You can water it less only when its soil is slightly dry. Keep the soil fertile. Liquid manure you can prepare at home. Keep Oijion peels in the water for 2-3 days and then dilute it in the water and put for plants. All the best and Happy Gardening .
@Karmila Ortega, Most welcome and thank you very much for watching :-) Haven't grown it yet and this year I am going to grow it at any cost. Good luck in growing them :-)
@Indira Lakshmi Dasari, Thank you very much for the feedback, appreciate it. One request - I would highly appreciate if you don't call me Sir, thank you :-)
Did you pinch the plant after repotting? Also im growing the double variety, some say do not pinch the double ones, do you have any idea if i should or not? My single petals didn't grow bushy but only tall
Is petunia annual plant?and also my zinnia plant is drying, hope u remember I asked you regarding this previously....I recently bought n re potted..it's drying slowly. Shall i fertilise the plant?
@Hema Palanivel, Yah, Petunia is Annual, not perennial. Remember about your Zinnia plant. As per my experience, they actually don't like it much if we disturb their roots. Since you have repotted recently, it's not going to need fertilizer at least for next 15 days. The plant is already in stress and so it's drying. Plz allow it settle down first and till then, continue caring for it. You might want to use Fungicide once as they are very prone to fungal disease infection. Zinnia is best to grow either from seeds or seedling stage. In most cases they don't do that well if we repot at their maturity level. Good luck :-)
@Shreenalina Nalina, Sure I would do. Actually it's in progress :-) Since I love to show the result, waiting for it and hope very soon I would be able to upload. Thank you :-)
@TAQI AHMED NUMAN, Plz wait for some more days...Petunia takes time to grow at initial stage but once it does, it grows really very fast. At this time, your seedlings are focusing on producing more roots and so, still tiny. Just allow it some more days and then you can transplant. No need of fertilizing at this stage..but if you still want to, then you can take 1/2 teaspoon NPK 19:19:19 in 1 liter water and spray them once :-)
