no need to time the markets. any guess, predication, analysis, may or may not be right. so just hold large cap (no mid and small caps) US equity ETFs for long term, and you will win.

Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. Absolutely! Wealth is made in bear markets. We aren’t in a bear yet, but nibbling heavy red days has proven to be fruitful for me over 4 years of investing. I am at 2.25 mil. Biggest positions VOO, VTI, SCHD, VYM, and now looking to build up DRGO alongside finding quality value/growth stocks. I got $48k divs last year in taxable divs. Q2 taxable divs this year was $17,388 this year. Don't sell when the market is down. Having a skilled CFA that puts the time in to do in-depth research can be invaluable in strategizing your portfolio.

No duh, that’s because 97% of the “strategists” and “portfolio managers” that come on this channel don’t know wtf they’re talking about……one lady was a senior strategist at her company and didn’t even know how the fed cutting rates would impact the market 😂

Volatility in sept and october this year occurred in august and september. Huge Melt up now into 2025.
We had a strong "Buy" signal in the broad Nasdaq 100 / NDX actually yesterday (base of my favorite indicator : market close price), I think we may very likely see new record highs in the Nasdaq 100 in this year, and LONG TERM, the broad US Stock market will rise, anyhow.
Why ? Because corporate earnings grow around 7% a year, and of course, business valuations will rise too. Warren Buffett said repeatedly, "Never bet against America", and he's a genius.
To anyone reading my comment, I hope you'll NEVER short the american stockmarket via selling futurescontracts e.g. . It'll cost you money in the long run.
I think some level of deflation is needed to offset the sustained higher-than-normal inflation of the last few years for the consumers to return to normal spending. I believe data will soon show slowing consumer spending...which effects earnings and employment (hiring / layoffs).
Market is still climbing up, but several moving avg lines on weekly VIX chart clearly are pointing up, they are 20 ma and 40 ma, suggesting market will have volatility down the road!
Current VIX is at 20.50, believe it could hit 30 in weeks!
Likewise it could go down also.

Tom Lee is normally prepared to back up his thesis. He failed to share his thoughts on China's stimulus. Sideline investors are still afraid to invest in China, thus bringing more sideline $ into the US Equity markets. In Tom Lee We Trust!!!
