I think this whole set was a psyop to make asking questions about Tower 7 look stupid.
most likely
Making "conspiracy theories" synonymous with "flat earth" to delegitimize legitimate inquires...
Also... based Pippa...
That Building 7 shit literally has been debunked again and again and again and again,
And again.
It's not uncommon for flat-earthers to accuse some other flat-earthers of being "controlled opposition" whose purpose is to make the *real* flat-earthers look silly.
@@Donuts8 jet fuel can't felt steel beans
Flat earthers are the perfect example of a joke gone too far.
I remember when the punchline was that you shouldn't take it seriously.
People love clowns so just let them be =]]]
The Flat Earth Society used to have on their group page "We have members all around the globe". They were in on the joke.
@@technomancermagus8357 i remember seeing them say that until someone pointed it out to them and they changed it, so where they really 'in on the joke' or too blind to see the joke/common sense
The problem is that “flat earth” needs a different model to explain most of the phenomena we experience and can explain using one model of a globe.
Finally, Pippa Destroys A Flatearther using Facts and Logic

This is way funnier than his jokes.

7:40 yeah in zero gravity, up and down technically don't exist. If you get buried in an avalanche it can cause you to lose the sense of up and down, that's why you spit to see which way gravity takes it. Also he's totally in front of a green screen.
oh man forgot about the avalanche thing.
yes, up and down are only relative the the source of gravity.... the earth is the gravity source; whether you are on the sunward or moonward side of the planet, it doesn't matter, down is still toward the center of the earth.
@@nickkorkodylas5005 typical problem for people sucked off shore by riptides is not knowing which way is "up", the Shinji of your flesh puppet Gundam is easily confused on the concept of gravity. :D
the laughter is also absolutely out of the can, not real. Real laughter would sound not all the time the same. These people are worse in faking laughs than BBT
The ISS gets constant refactions, it isn't like it doesn't break, it gets repaired lol
The more unfunny the joke the more the audience laughter rises
Have we started the laughter?
This dude is on fire, we need this man on comedy central. The steel beam one really came out of nowhere for me.
my dude is a stark reminder that when you think the average person is stupid, that the average. it goes much lower than the average.
Fun Fact: The Flat Earth does exist. It's an island in Canada.
what
@@PipkinPippa It’s actually an island. Nas Daily has a video about it.
@@josueveguilla9069 That makes sense.
@@justiron2999 Thank you.
He's got a point--if we're spinning that fast, why am I not dizzy? How is the sun millions of miles away when I can still feel its heat? The turtle holding earth on its back occasionally turns his furnace to low setting, hence winter. One day he's going to put his earth-pizza in the oven though.
What furnace? Maybe I'm just too uneducated about discworld, but doesn't the wintersmith create winter?
@@deamon6681 I've never read an entry in this behemoth series, but your post's very construction has moved it up my to read list to the next spot, in fact. For Science!
You are not dizzy, because your internal gyroscope in your ears is used to this spin. You would get dizzy if you would for example set foot on earth 4 bn years ago, as then the earth was going with 4 time the speed it has now. but even there you would get used to it after a while. They plan to make new stations rotate with 2-5 rotations per hour - that's enough to give you 1G gravity at the outside of the station when the station has a width of 200m but still wouldn't make you dizzy :D
he really does think that CGI per hour joke is just the funniest thing ever. also, the there is no 'WiFI' as such on the ISS, its just radio transmissions; they use an entire network of ground based radio stations to relay communication to and from the station.
ahhh
Well, it's all electromagnetic waves anyways
Also, radio waves such as wifi go through space much further than they can go through the air, because the signal gets impeded by the ground, buildings and atmosphere.
"WiFi" is just radio when you get down to it
Yes, and internet is just carried on some of the wavelengths they broadcast. By the way, they could watch TV or use the internet if they would be stationary, as the communication satellites and also Starlink are higher up than the ISS, but for that they would have to be in a geostatic orbit, so that they wouldn't have to change the direction of the satellite dish all the time. That's why they refer to UKW bandwidths, where they only need a long steel frame as an antenna.
@igooog: Everything is "radio", radio (not radio broadcasting) is just the usage of the radio waves. WiFi is running on waves around 2.4 Ghz. that's literally the middle between your UKW radio with 100 Mhz and the big satellite dish with 12 Ghz in wavelength.
This guy is making the classic mistake of asking questions with clear answers.
Pippa why must you inflict this upon us?
Pippa, why must you inflict this on yourself?
Amazing. Now all we need is Pippa debating them. Even if she loses and proves Earth isn't dummy thicc, knowing one of these guys has to contend with the fact they debated a vtuber rabbit would just brighten my day.
I don't debate flat earth. Go find the edge and get back to me. Argument done.
XD
You can’t because the UN navy will kill you before you get near the wall. (Actually what they believe)
but the edge is, like, patrolled by all the world governments to keep everyone trapped inside
the great ice wall cannot be breached but i know there's other islands out there and even have a map of them!
They don't look for the edge because they are afraid of the ice nazis
"There is no up in space" is absolutely a thing in space travel (called spatial disorientation) which happens when you don't have a clear reference point for your brain to orient to because you're stuck inside a tincan with no readily accessible windows. This is why on several surfaces of the inside of the ISS, there are written and color coded markings that help orient you correctly.
Contrary to this, there is an "up" direction in space. Draw a line starting from the middle of whatever body you are orbiting to your current orbital position, the direction that line is going to is to be considered "up." (That is, the direction opposite to where you are being pulled by gravity, AKA "radial-out")
This fuckin' guy gave me an aneurysm, so thanks for that Pippa.
The fact that flat-earthers still exist is just sad.
And boy do they exist...
I'm pretty sure their number is increasing.
It's not really that they "still" exist, since no serious amount of people ever believed that the earth was flat at any point in recorded history. The internet has just destroyed people's brains so much with its ease of access to echo chambers that terrible ideas are becoming prevalent.
The earth isn’t flat BUT could it be Hollow and filled with lizard men?
Probably not, but that would be neat.

No matter how many times I hear them spout this nonsense it never gets easier to accept that people can really be this stupid and smug at the same time 😵💫
The majority of the population happily took part in a medical experiment just a short while ago
The proliferation of flat earthers in modern times makes me lose faith in humanity.
There's something amazing about someone being so smug about not having an 8th grade education...
That 2000's era greenscreen really sells his legitimacy to me.
06:23 Damn it, now I somewhat want to like him!
Why does this make me want to become a teacher. This dude has the right questions for elementary school
Humanities entire existence has been one exposed to gravity, of course our bodies wouldn't be able to tell which way is up and down without it. Not to mention there's no ground or sky in space, everything looks same.
That man looks like if Phil Swift tried to go into a Witness Protection Program
So that was incredbly hard to watch, Thank you Pippa
I love how he doesn't even try to make the laugh track match the joke timing. Like calm down during the setup stuff and erupt for the punchline.
It's like his friends told him "whenever you open your mouth, people laugh at you. " and he thought that was a compliment.
Ah... this brings me back to 2017. I don't miss it at all.

Flat earther: "The space station keeps going after 18 years."
Flat chester: "That's because the space station doesn't experience gravity."
I don’t think the laugh track is laughing at his jokes, they’re laughing at his stupidity.
The mans not even telling jokes he’s just genuinely asking
This. He really wants to know.
Also, he's only laughing along so he doesn't feel awkward around the laugh track, even though he doesn't know why they're laughing either.
I never knew I needed a bunny girl attacking a flat earther but now I know I did.
"... You know"
"Whats the joke?" Him Pippa. He's the joke
Watched someone dunk on flat earth who made the statement, " Just because you don't understand something, doesn't make it not true " Flat eathers seems to believe just because they don't get it, it can't be real.
The ISS also doesn't break down because its not flying, it is basically falling sideways at high speed, it doesn't have to propel itself using an engine to reach those speeds, or maintain them.
Airplanes have horizons because while flying while flying it can become difficult to tell whether you're upside down or not if you don't have vision
@@syaondri I'm too much of a boomer to get this joke so I'm just going to respond with "Do an Aileron roll!"
3:33 Quite opposite. It is affected by gravity; however it is able to stay up there because of central force or something. To simplify it, it's like swinging a rope with a rock tied to it.
I love how this guy bypasses like half of the important points at each of his jokes. If he was a mechanic, looked at any engineering or even tried some experiments at home. Like get a vaccuum chamber and check how easily stuff moves around in there. Wifi isnt what they use in space, has the guy never used an FM radio or anything? Like his points make sense if you literally take em at face value, but no understanding behind anything
Don’t worry, I’m a dropout too, and we can both be happy that we are still more intelligent than most people who aren’t dropouts and just graduated with a D- for their final grade
7:02 there's a reason that pilots must be trained to fly and land completely based off of their instruments in certain conditions. People can and have died because they get spatial disorientation when they can't see the ground
There's certain things we'll never know because we simply weren't there when it happened, think all of the extinct species of animals and plants we'll never know about because they simply didn't leave behind any proof of their existence in the fossil record.
Thanks Pipps, after years of evading Flat Earther content for the sake of my sanity i had to encounter this, and what is worst, with awful flat earth jokes, trully an experience
I really love when people like this try to explain for them "what is to live on australia in a spherical world" and their biggest "gotcha" is "why they dont fall off the world! haha!!!!!"
I am glad I found you from Mister Metokur
Imagine setting up a laugh track for yourself and all the random crowd footage, but I appreciate the Pippa presence.
Probably already been said, but the main reason that the ISS is still in good condition after 17 years is because they maintain it. If you put the same amount of effort maintaining your truck it will also run well after a life time
The real funny part about that "comedy" is how most if not all his points are countered by a simple plane.
That guy probably don't believe in planes too tho, otherwise he'd realize that it's very, VERY simple to be in a metal tube that moves SUPER fast without you feeling like you are moving.
Equilibrium.
Bruh my brain cells are deteriorating faster than a Windows XP crashing...
Okay I'm going to try and help you explain the space station: is it easier to breathe out air or breathe out water? It is far easier to breathe out air because in a very basic level water is a much more dense form of matter and the ISS is dealing with matter that is so much lighter in density that this man is comparing driving a truck into a brick wall to going 15 in a residential.
Edit: also my God, how did this man make the laugh track sound more fake then the Big bang theory
you knowHAHAHAwhenHAHAHtheHAHAHthegravityHAHAH*explosion noise*
This man really has content creation figured out
Divers have the same problem when they go deep, because the water around them makes it hard to tell which way is up and which way is down.
The reason why his jokes aren't funny is probably because you haven't followed flat earth insanity in the past. Most of his "jokes" are just Flat Earth misunderstandings of how physics work.
Gas station sunglasses
YEH Aneurism Time!
He looks like Patrick Tomlinson.
That's definitely a green screen behind him. And the audience is in a completely different room based on the lighting. So ... yeah.
The sense of knowing up and down is called Proprioception. It also allows up know how much force to use when walking, pulling something, etc. A weird case of loss of proprioception after a viral infection left the person unable to even control their voice levels.
Additionally, the issue with blood flow to the brain vs feet in outer space isn't the same as on earth. In fact, the lack of gravity means there is more blood pressure in the head and increases the risk of stroke from having too much blood pressure in the brain's smaller blood vessels. In comparison, being upside down on earth could kill you by having too much blood in the brain in a similar way. Though it seems that healthy astronauts have a robust system that learns to tone down how much blood to let to the brain.
Lack of wind resistance is a big help for the ISS
Theres no way that was a real fuckin audience
schizophrenia is a hell of a thing
if anything the earth's shape ain't a globe, it's the shape of a Daewoo Lanos
That was painful.
Literally me
This guy is living on another whole ass plane of reality! Like in his mind everything he says is completely real to him. He is unfathomable. Maybe we are the stupid ones lol!
Globeheads smh
6:06 i think thats the most sane reaction one could have to the notion that 9/11 could have been prevented by space steel or whatever
I like how earnestly Pippa said "your truck doesn't cost millions of dollars" she sounded genuinely concerned and confused
Good ol' Pippa. Professional Vtuber and amateur automechanic 😂😂

Flat earther humor is too next level for me
this guy has a tight five
You can tell it’s a laugh track because it won’t shut up even when he’s not even trying to tell a joke. Which also means they’re using the laugh track wrong

The car has moving parts interacting with each other. The iss is just at that speed already and doesn't have an engine constanly running. I'm sure the different engines it uses to course correct get old and get changed frequently.
HF frequencies can connect you to the other side of the world if the atmosphere allows it but it does really need the atmosphere to repeat the signal properly.
And it allows you connect you to an orbiting station unless heavy weather is interfering. This all just sounds like Cope as in Why isn't Aus wearing a safety strap so they don't fall off the planet.
This hurt my soul. Not the flat earther crap, but the comedy…
The best part of the ISS is that orbiting is actually a perpetual fall. It's trying to go towards the earth but because of how they set up its initial velocity it can't, so it keeps going around the earth.
Is this like creationist cat?
Also is Pippa genuinely a dropout?
Serious flat earth videos are (unintentionally) funnier than this guy.
Thank you for introducing me to this comedic mastermind.
also his upside down comment fucking kills me; first he has a kink for being upside down. Second, if you don't fucking have spatial awareness, you *don't* know if you're upside down or your positional orientation all of the time. There have been several plane crashes where pilots have become disoriented. The common one is called a somatogravic illusion.
Atlas Air Flight 3591 crashed in Houston in 2019 due to spatial disorientation (and really unqualified pilots). The pilot accidentally hit the go around button, which caused the plane to accelerate and slightly pitch up. However, he thought it pitched up to an angle that was going to cause the plane to stall quickly (which it wasn't) and so he pushed the noise down which caused the plane to crash and be obliterated.
Point is, our fucking inner ear means you actually can't always tell if you're accelerating/decelerating/up/down/etc. Shit like this has killed hundreds of people in plane crashes.
A bunno Vtuber taking the piss out of a flat earther... I think I can die a happy man now
This is definitely ironic, the laugh track, the green screen and the shots of the obviously edited-in audience makes this comedy genius
He's the reason we need Facebook to survive. Otherwise the entire internet will get saturated with flat earthers and minions memes.
Checkmate Round Earthers.
These highlight videos lately really cement my view that Pippa is just VTuber JonTron
...did we go back to early 2010's internet?
Y'know, the whole point of a laugh track is for it to be used after the punchline, that's IF the punchline is done right. Spamming the laugh tracks doesn't make the jokes nor the punchline itself funnier. But, then again, not a single joke this feller told was remotely funny to begin with. Pippa's reactions made it easier to watch though! Thank you Pippa!
I have never watched a Vtuber before but based pippa has made me a fan.
Convert any of these rotational speeds to RPM, instead of miles per hour, and then compare it to your amusement rides

Well, when you use the internet you are connecting to satellites, that are in space, so when you are in space it ought to be easier to connect to the same satellites.
