This dude is one of my heroes , i had a wall full of posters of dominique in my bedroom as a kid !!!! greeting from France , there's only one human highlight film
The highest compliment I can pay 'Nique is this : He had absolutely NO left hand....and there was never a player alive, Past, Present, or Future that could've done ANYTHING to stop him.
Atlanta, you are very fortunate to have Dominque Wilkins. The most electrifying player in NBA history. Multifaceted game. A burning passion to win for your team. And a humble role model for the tens of thousands of kids in your city.
Growing up in San Diego the Lakers games were always televised in the 70’s and 80’s. Lakers and 76ers were my favorite teams. As great as James Worthy was I wanted the Lakers to draft Dominique with the first overall pick. He was a phenomenal all around great player. He had a great long career. Worthy was very fortunate to get drafted first overall by an already great Lakers team. Magic was drafted first overall to an already great team. I would’ve loved to have seen what Dominique could’ve done on those Lakers teams. He doesn’t get enough respect.
DR.J was a phenomenal in game dunker that all future great dunkers wanted to be like. He was the only player I’ve ever seen to have all the fans get up out of their seats when he had the ball on a fast break. His dunk on Michael Cooper was the best in game dunk I’ve ever seen. There’s a reason the NBA still shows that dunk to this today. Magic said he knew something bad was about to happen.
This dude was fire. At any given moment. Only player that could match or out shine Jordan at the time. It's ashame how he is viewed for his play. This is my #1 guy before LeBron
Muy bueno Dominique Wilkinis el 21 de Atlanta ganó el concurso de mates que vi en su día y hasta que se lesionó del tendón de Aquiles era el 2 anotador NBA por detrás de M.J.
Nique the LEGEND 🎞🎞

Love those dunks where there's a sea of rebounders and 'Nique just elevates from behind all of them and comes crashing down.
He's different
Dominique Wilkins is a legend in Atlanta with his dunking highlights
I like how he always jumped from both feet, not just one.
Salute to a Legend
My second fav player all time, watched his whole career. Very underrated.
He should've won a championship
I’ve always got a couple minutes for some throwback Dominique

After he ruptured his Achilles the very next season he averaged 29.9ppg. IMO that explains it all...Dominique still top 25-30 All-time.
DOMINQUE the UNIQUE !
He ABSOLUTELY WON THE
1988 SLAM DUNK CONTEST ! 😎
And I LIVE here in Chicago. 🤣
# 21 ! 🏀
PURE BEAST!!!
Everyone is just going to ignore that Larry Bird hit his head in the backboard while trying to block Wilkins dunk
Dominique Wilkins is the best Atlanta Hawks player of all time. 😀👍🏀

All jokes aside this man should have at least two MVPs and a chip or two. He had the potential to be in GOAT discussion.
UNIQUE ‘NIQUE ! # 21 🏀
And I don’t care WHAT people say….
HE WON THAT ‘88 SLAM DUNK CONTEST !
And I live here in Chi-Town ! 😎
HE ABSOLUTELY WON ! 🤬
A player like Dominique is the piece that Atlanta needs to be a true title contender this season.🤔""

One of the most violent in game dunkers. He wasn’t going to get cheated when he dunked.
ATL 11
One of the non athletic carpenters from 80s... Loved his woodwork.
