Wrong about Gill. The team loves him and he helps build culture. He'll stay.
Don't think Tyus will stay. If he does he'll eventually be traded. You did hear Winger say at the exit interview that they don't need a lot of players that need the ball in their hands and they can't have too many people like that.
Poole at PG was clearly a shock to them. Poole is working with David Vanterpool who developed Damien Lillard and is doing great.
Once they moved him to PG his average jumped to 20ppg and 5 assists. He ended the season averaging 23ppg, 8 assists and 4 rebounds in his last 10 games.
Tyus doesn't have the level of upside that Poole has. Yes, he's more efficient but Poole can get there with David's help. Plus his assist levels rival Tyus' and his scoring is dynamic.
People seem to forget , that Winger and Dawkins traded to get Poole so they obviously wanted him as apart of the future.
BK even had him leading huddles during the season so they they're clearly helping him develop his leadership skills. (You may not have known that but it was reported after a few of the games during post game interviews.)

i agree with Gill comment. I think for those reasons a contending or up and coming team will poach him to be there veteran
