I just received mine and set up what it asked but I can’t get a map, the geo fence to work and how do you find your pet as I can’t see anything on the app at all. Do you know if there is a user video please.
How loud can the sound get? I read somewhere that it was up to 70 decibels but I could not hear it in your video. I would like to be able to have it make a sound to let me know where my dog is if he gets too far away.
i thought Petfon claimed that out in the country without a bunch of interference, like the city, it would reach out nearly 6 miles. Damm, 1 kilometer is barely a half mile, thats not very good. OP have you tried anything else that reaches further, i'm out in the country like you, and a half mile is no good for me
@@-Cubido nope. That's why I'm here. But honestly, not even a full day battery makes this absolutely no for me. The biggest issue I'm having is finding one that is global as I live in se Asia . Tractive is the only option that I can find. Even that with 3-5 days I don't like the battery but much better than 12 hours. I don't want to pay for a plan either. I'd spend up to 400 for one at this point but sadly the best companies appear to have signed with at+t and almost none of the high quality units are available outside us/canada
Outright lyers so be aware before buying. In, our case, they broke all of their promisses. All of them. Their tracker cannot stand any moisture at all, despite their marketing. Our failed tracker, that was a short period in light rain, and hardly used before, was of none interest to them, despite claims of them being interested in the best pet product and r&d. The only thing, while over a year trying to claim a new tracker under their own warrenty promisses, that interests them is their branding name, they were not willing to sent under warrenty a new tracker unless we put a very positive review on Amazon, which we did to get a new tracker. Tastes like blackmail but not a cheap product, we did what they demanded to get a replacement. They kept claiming a very positive review and checked this while their product failed under conditions they claim it should be able to handle. So we wrote a review which they saw before posting and agreed upon. They should sent a replacement… not. Loads of false promises as if they were trying to buy time and over and over again demanding the Amazon review took months. Evenrually they stopped responding all together. Amazon (where we put a full review) and Etsy where they sold but retreated from, both are informed, not their first time to hear such experiences from Joey and his business. So buyer beware

Do u have to have the app open for them to work
I have a Petfon. Yes - you have to have the app open for it to work. I also found that I need to sync the sound to tracker every time I open the app.
I cant find the app

i had to order more bands
Thanks for sharing
1km? for 300 bucks?...may as well strap an iphone to pooch
Lop that's what I'm saying after searching for all these trackers.
8 hr battery life? Thats terrible. You would need to charge it every single day or twice a day. Pass!
Do not buy this product..sadly its a scam
Could you be more specific?
@@michaeldaugherty1274 - I own a Petfon and like it. It's not perfect by any means, but its better than an airtag for sure.
