That process is too easy and quick. We should disqualify roughly 1.5 million of them and send them back. This will drastically reduce demand for renting and therefore reduce prices which will benefit young people and the middle class the most.

The air you breathe is next. Rain water too just like in Toronto. There is successful art sold through retail or galleries and understandably its taxed. But we are talking grandma knitting socks here, papier maché, getting taxed. We are talking greeting card making or a knit beanie, or selling paper scraps for crafting here you would find at a craft fair maybe. Nothing mass produced!
