I was wondering, can I wear this all the time? The reason I ask is because I find it helpful to be reminded of hashem and the 613 all day everyday. For me, wearing it all day until the time I go to bed is a symbol of complete submergence in hashem and it helps me with feel that I am giving something back to hashem by doing this?

I personally buy mine from Ruben Prager who owns Beged Ivri in Jerusalem. However, among many Orthodox, there is debate as to whether or not this is in fact what was anciently used. You CANNOT use any normal blue dye. It must be Techelet from the Chilazon.

You could look at wearing a tallit katan (google it to see what it is).
wearing a kippah+tallit katan fullfills the same goal
You could, but you can also wear a tallit katan, since it also has the tzitzit for fulfilling that mitzvah.
Can you please give me a scripture confirming this information in the Torah.
Numbers 15:38-40. We are told by Moshe Rabbeinu to have a garment with Tzitzit on the 4 corners and look upon them to remember the Mitzvot of HaShem.

No where in the Tora does it say to do any of those rituals related to the talit. Fence laws and mans rituals shadow the simplicity of Gods demands.
Rolling it inside is the Chabad custom. Wearing it like a scarf in also fine. There’s no wrong way to wear the tallit.
