Hi, my brother is working as a c2h, as per employment norms he served 2month notice but the payroll company Is not approving the resignation and the payroll manager said "you should get approval from client manager ", and the payroll managers, hr's not responding to emails. Should I take approval from my client manager? If not please help me on this how to proceed to get my relieving and f&f.
He served notice period and since one week waiting for the approvals.
From both sides payroll and client playing games on this , due to this my brother feeling harassed and completely mentally disturbed so kindly help me on this.

Yes, once you withdraw your resignation there will be a certain period you have to work with same organization. It depends on company,for some companies it will be one year and for some it will be 6 months
