  • Living St. Louis producer Anne-Marie Berger profiles the Hyde Park community as part of a special episode highlighting the distinct neighborhoods in St. Louis. Located just north of downtown, Hyde Park was formerly called Bremen before it became part of the City of St. Louis in 1856. Over the years, it has experienced a great decline in population. Many of the homes in the area date back to the 19th century and are in need of great repairs. Peter George of Blue Shutters Development is working hard to rehab these old buildings in an effort to revive the neighborhood.

Developers should have to rebuild the home as original as possible. No siding allowed only red brick
