Hi, Bowly. Another good session; thanks so much for sharing it with us.
One question: Was the "gunk" on the surface of the water in the second quarter of the video really "coral spawn," as you suggest at 14:10? I sincerely hope so, but it looked an awful lot like oily ballast-tank water to me. Is it possible that the stuff came from one of the tankers that had docked at the station beneath which your were fishing?

Hey bud, I spoke about this in a previous video “the pinnacle of slow pitch jigging”, but essentially you can work off the basic rule of 1-3 grams per metre, adjusting depending on current in that area 👍🏼

You can jig with a bc or spin but in terms of “proper” slow pitch technique it’s much easier to do with a dedicated overhead jigging reel.
