And just like that Acloset ihas a subscription fee. Free version only goes up to 100 items in your closet. Basic is $5.99 a month for 300 items, premium $14.99 a month for 1000 items or expert for $39.99 a month for unlimited clothes. I haven’t even got all my clothes in there and I’d already be on the premium. What a pity. Check out my Whering review if you’re now in the market for a new free closet app.
I just started Acloset this past week so I am still working my way around it and logging my outfits. So far I haven't really liked the boring outfits they've chosen for me. Almost everything I own is colorful but the app keeps picking white and beige lol. But I just do what I like, it's a way for me to catalog my outfits and keep track of what I own
Yea the outfits haven’t been very exciting which is disappointing but the app still works great for organising and keeping track of everything! With the way AI is going tous think the styling algorithms would be improving soon.
@@stylewithingrace yes, I paid for it because I have more than 100 items, but I felt it was worth it. I use it every day. Also, I might eventually remove jewellery or other accessories from my wardrobe to pair back to 100 items. But, for now, I'm not worried about that. I love using the app when thinking about adding a new piece and seeing what outfit combos the app comes up with for it. If there are 5+ outfits I would realistically wear, I consider adding it and put it in a closet I call Wishlist. If it doesn't integrate well, and I wouldn't wear the outfits it comes up with, or I can see it only goes well with a specific colour/silhouette that is quite limited, then I pass on the item, delete it from the wardrobe, and have no regrets passing on the item. I've even done this while shopping in a store because I can check so quickly.
@@stylewithingrace are you still using the app? If so, what is your username so I can add you to people I follow. It's so fun getting a little community of style queens and asking them for advice on an outfit when planning ahead for an event or trip, etc.
@@alamedadanceparty I still have the app on my phone but I haven’t paid for the subscription so I can’t really do much on it atm. My user name is azanatta though if you do want to add me.
Sadly it’s looking like Acloset is introducing ads and becoming a paid subscription app in the near future. There will be a free version but you can only have limited number of items in your closet.
You can add a category multiple times, so you could select earrings and a necklace. (It wont differentiate with shuffle though.) I often use the categories function to build an outfit manually, its very handy to see all items at one glance.
I messed with Purple for a bit but I think I'm going to put some time into ACloset. It's just I wear a uniform all day for work so it's pretty silly to have a large casual closet.

@@stylewithingraceohhhh thank you so much! Found it! 😁😁I'm really liking this app. I used Smart Closet for years but it stopped working for me so I tried this one and I'm loving it!
I recently discovered it too and am giving it a go. So far it looks very similar to Acloset but Acloset seems to have more ways of putting an outfit together. I’ll probably do a video on it soon.

Mines been doing the same, just constant white/neutral tshirts and trousers. At most a tote bag hahaha
@@charlie11111 I keep trying to refresh the add of a pop of colour one and all it gives me is beige, black, white and cream.
i just started this week. it seems comparable to whering, although whering may have a better ui for style stats
I'm so excited for this video!! Ive been using Acloset for 2.5 years! I love it for so many reasons.
That’s great! Have you had to pay for it now that it’s gone paid?

Sounds like a capsule wardrobe would be good for you! I definitely think you’ll have better luck with Acloset than Pureple.
Has anyone else used Acloset? What are your thoughts? Do you have an app you'd like me to try out? Let me know!
congrats on your new mommy chapter 🎉

It sure is. Just go into the outfit and scroll down to press the 3 little dots and in that menu there is an option to edit.
