@@salinasjb it’s sad yet satisfying . I don’t read books with sad endings (I haven’t read fault in our stars) but this one was worth it and in a thousand boy kisses the book ends sadly but you will get a happy ending in the epilogue.
PS: I haven’t read a thousand boy kisses but I know a bit about it

I had the exact same feelings when I read the Italian by tl Swan, It literally got me so excited while reading it but after some “reflection time” I kind of was annoyed with enrico’s behavior but at the same time I was literally obsessed with him… so this is really confusing… but I didn’t read any mix her other books but I plan on reading Giuliano’s one because the small mentions of him in the Italian had me hooked,, I also have a lot of plot suspicion so I’m really excited to see if things happen the was k thought they would… anyway, thank you for your recs!💞

I read the sea breeze series in high school too and was obsessed with misbehaving, to this day I haven’t been able to find a book that gives me the same feeling.

I'm usually more of a thriller reader however I have been loving rom-coms lately! Recently finished The Flatshare which was super cute and then I read If The Shoe Fits which was so much better than One To Watch. Then I started Shelter Mountain by Robyn Carr which is the 2nd book in the Virgin River series - AMAZING!

I totally agree with you Laura on the last book. I just really loved Until The End. We have seen glimpses Rock and Trisha from the very first book in the series, and I wanted to know their story, which is also good, no doubt about that. But What I truly appreciated that the book has all ther other couples' like recent time extended epilogue. Because when I like a book, I always wants to know about their current whereabouts.

i actually have similar thoughts on TL swan after reading The Stopover from her and i felt conflicted like you bc a lot of people seem to like that series 😭😭 but yea the characters from that book were so annoying and toxic to each other imo, especially the guy. i just feel like there are so many other romances out there that i don't mind giving up on that author's books!
even though the stopover is so highly recommended i cannot bring myself to read it for that reason LOL
The Stopover was bad, I didn‘t like it at all. The second book however… showstopping, incredible, amazing. It‘s the best single parent romance ever, it‘s hilarious and so sweet. 🥲 It felt like those two books were written by a completely different author 😂

Wait for You is one of my all time favourites and it really doesn't get the hype it deserves!! i just read Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover after seeing your tweet about it and LOVED it, it's definitely my fave CoHo book!!
Make sure you read the second book (not just the novella) in the series called Maybe Now! For some reason, a lot of people don't know that there is a second continuation of the first book

My top 5 of 5 stars this year are Disgrace by Brittany C Cherry, Ten Tiny Breathes by KA Tucker, Archers Voice by Mia Sheridan, Medicine Man by Saffron Kent, and The Invitation by Vi Keeland. I think most of these you had recommended so much thanks.

If you want a fun read steamy read I highly recommend Ice Planet Barbarians. I wouldn’t say it’s a light book because there are some serious things in it but it made me laugh and it’s very steamy. It’s a booktok rec.
You should read the glittering court by Michelle Read! It’s so good!
My top favourites are Marriage for one by Ella Maise, the sweetest oblivion by Danielle Lori, mindfuck series by S.T.Abby, things I wanted to say but never did by Monica Murphy

Have you read Captive in the Dark by CJ Roberts? I'm not one for dark romances but someone recommended it to me and I couldn't put it down. And now I feel like a weirdo rating it 5 stars lol because it's so dark and twisted but also totally consuming.

My favorite five star reads are Luna and the Lie by Mariana Zapata, Kyland by Mia Sheridan, A love letter to Whiskey by Kandi Steiner, All your perfects by Colleen Hoover, Cocky Bastard by Vi keeland and I just finished True love Story by Willow Aster yesterday and I cried like a baby in that one. Also the sweet home series by tillie cole is amazing and so underrated.

I have to say, I gave Until the End a 4 solid stars. I loved this series. I just wished Trisha and Rock's story was thoroughly explained. It was to short for my taste. It had a gripping storyline that should have been expanded, not cut short. They deserve a full novel especially, being the last book of this series. Then you have the epilogue. It was good. You get to revisit all your Sea Breeze couples and read what they been up to. In my opinion, Trisha and Rock's story and the epilogue-revisiting the Sea Breeze couples should have been separated into 2 novellas.
totally see that point! i love trisha and rock, more from them is always a good idea imo!

Top Secret was the first gay book I ever read and I LOVEEEEDDDD IT! I wasn’t sure if I would when you first recommended it but seriously it’s one the best books I’ve ever read.

I read Dr. Stanton by TL Swan and it was actually the girl in that book that angered me. She was so annoying and rude. I actually thought the guy was tolerable.
I have the audio version of 1000 Boy Kisses and I hate the male narrator. I think I just need to read this one because I can’t get past the first couple chapters.
