*me and my friends after we have a practice with our coach who isn’t an actual coach* she used to be a gymnast on a higher level than us and she did the most extra all the time with conditioning and did a bunch of things wrong that would actually hurt you rather than help u and she got injured bc she was doing skills wrong and conditioning wrong so she became a coach... now she teaches us these things and says our other ACTUAL CERTIFIED coach doesn’t know what she’s talking about... everyone on the team gets hurt every practice that’s not an exaggeration.
Great video. You hate to see the injury, but it's pretty incredible to see it on video and see how well Sam and the team handled it as it happened.
