She tried to touch the moon, hopefully to be with moonlight cookie, but couldn't due to the curse freezing her as she created pillars of water to reunite with moonlight cookie.
Water tornados dont exist there are only Whirlpools(A hole in the sea or ocean that sucks in any thing that gets in contact) And a water spout(A Water version of a tornado which is a bit weaker)
I think she was frozen by frost queen I heard she froze sea fairy cuz her rising through the moon causes alot of destruction (like rising water) so it froze her to prevent or keep the other cookies safe
Yeah. The sword is made to limit her power due to her curse. If she will use too much power the curse will activate and freeze her. There is a theory that is most likely the reason why she's cursed. From the sentence "Because of her grieving heart, her soul was frozen beyond magic." we can understand that the phrase ""Because of her grieving heart", referred to Moonlight Cookie, and that Sea Fairy missed her. And from the sentence "her soul was frozen beyond magic" possibly meant, that she missed Moonlight Cookie that much, to the point that she accidentally put a curse on herself. And only Moonlight Cookie could break the curse. And even on the animation, you may see that she tries to reach her.
it all connects to the sea fairy story in her cookie bio and some on ovenbreak. I dont remember 100% sure of the story but u can find it on the Cookie Wiki Fandom
