Meanwhile... my family went crazy when I served up cheddar, feta, chilli and coriander parathas. I also did a sugar one, for just me. Now I guess I'm going to be going through your paratha recipes for fillings. Thank you Chetna. Parathas are incredible.
This is what I love - fast, simple, one-pot wonders with simple ingredients and classic flavor. Going to make this for lunch tomorrow, and wondering how I could boost the protein for a complete meal? Maybe throw in a cup of chickpeas and add extra spice?
This dish has become an absolute favorite! I’ve purchased four of your cookbooks, including your newest, and at least two of them are bookmarked with splatters of the chutneys I’ve been making! Thanks for all of your fabulous recipes and videos! P.S. I love the videos with your Mom…what a treasure ❣️
Oh, I am going to try that, thank you! I followed your tikka masterclass in the week and the sauce was such fun to make. The Kashmiri Meth’ was a revelation, plus the small onion bits you recommended! ❤
I made cabbage sabzi to have with dal tadka, brown rice and a big dollop of home made thick yoghurt. I'm now looking for other vegetable dishes I can swap around with this sabji. Love it!
Chat masala? First time I hear this. The recipe comes right on time. Having a friend over next time and she never eat meat. I will look for more recipes to go with this. Maybe dal? Excited to explore. Do you have a new kitchen?
Sauerkraut is about all I would do with a cabbage and use that in other meals. Oh and salad, too, but it's with vinegar, so also in the same direction. This look interesting, I might try that.
If you eat pork, shredded cabbage, thinly sliced onion, and thinly sliced apple sauté together, add caraway seeds, makes a great vegetable dish with pork chops. Thinly sliced cabbage, onion, grated carrots sautéed together, then add seasoning of your choice, and several beaten eggs, cook till set.Good hot,or cold. You can also add grated potatoes to the mixture. Then of cause there is stuffed cabbage. Hope this gives you some cabbage ideas.😊
That looks Incredible. I'm making a Tuscan Chicken this weekend, picked up some beautiful Thighs from the Butcher and I have some Sun Dried Tomatoes in Chilli oil! 🙏
I can see some Kenji Alt-Lopez influence in this production. That is a good thing. I believe in your mission. I am very pro-indian food and recipes. This looks wonderful. I will make someday at home. Never vote Republican. Life is a party and parties are MEANT to last. Mishear that old Prince song.
Views probably die down because it's summer... and in summer everyone in the US falls out of their routines... and stop doing normal things during the day. They nap, they go on vacation, they go swimming... etc...
Hi from Philly USA. If you will add next time fresh coriander or parsley,be tasty and delicious, because your food name is sabze! Potato is not a sabze!
I don't wish to be nasty Chetna because I'm a huge fan but these pop ups are a bit silly. I mean, most of us know what a cabbage looks like without a graphic. Perhaps just use pops for name of the dish and ingredients.
Making this for lunch as we speak! The smell is intoxicating, I can’t wait to taste it!
I appreciate these quick and delicious sabjis. Thank you!
You are so welcome!
Loved your fennel potatoes from a couple of weeks ago and I'm sure I will love this too! Everything potato is a good dish 😄🥔🍠
