I just bought the Red AXS for my new Moots Routt RSL build. Man-o-man is this a slick group. As I was hoping I would after what I spent. Love it.

Wow Now I have a much better understanding how the sequential shifting works. Looks like a real nice feature if you want to focus on cadence and reduce the focus on shifting front derailleur....

I recently bought a bike with SRAM AXS Force and love the sequential shifting.

@@AndyPass1976 SRAM AXS Force the shifting is off the charts good. Hit every gear even when triple upshift/downshift its like butter always finds the gear. Some folks said its slower then Di but once you figure out the shift timing, shifting comes natural.... I am so happy I put it on my bike. 2 years still going strong, battery life is still great charge up about 2 - 3x per year. Ridden in deep water no issues, ridden low batt no issues, ridden up steep climbs no issues. about 1-2K mi/year no issues.

@@darrenbarlow5759 I don’t really like the levers, I think shimano has a better solution with the the buttons for shifting..The brakes have a bit to much travel for my taste. About the drivetrain I have no complaints. Very good range of gears. No chain skipping, very presise. My old bike had 10 speed red group,, so it vas a big upgrade. Overall I would give it 4/5 stars.

I just bought a Tarmac Pro with the SRAM Force ETap. It's super easy and uncomplicated to set up and takes two minutes! Then you forget about it and never have to even open the app again if you don't want to.

@@darrenbarlow5759 yes, according to bike shop is a tight tolerance for adjustment, my chain just dropped off this morning on the outside on a very light load for the fist time in quite a while, has been good for a few months since last service. Does not happen to everyone, but I know at least two local guys who had it for a period of time, especially while 'running' the bike in. I have done about 3.5K km so far.

The complete Force AXS feels "budget". Sorry to say that. But I also have the old Force 22 mechanical group on another bike. There are worlds between the quality of the old and new Force. I regret that I also bought the Quarq Powermeter spider so it's not cheap to swap the whole group against Shimano Di2. After my experience with the SRAM Force AXS (chain drops, chain sucks which led to a scratched Orbea frame which was brand new, no working micro-adjustment, noisy cassette and NO answer from SRAM to the obvious quality issues they currently have especially with the Force group) SRAM for me is history. Find more stories (including mine including pictures) on Facebook in the group "SRAM AXS Owners". You're not alone.

@@HystrixLignum I could improve front shifting by setting limit screw so that the chain is as close as possible to the cage. But shifting small to big is still far from perfect and not as good as shimano 105. That stupid groupset costed me a scratch on my brand new frame...

This bike was really easy to assemble ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.

But Shimano still has wires on their "wireless" shifting. Sram has been truly wireless for 3 years.
