Glad to help always 🥂thanks for watching!
@@Itsmoridiaz quick question I want to start this business where do you buy your chairs tent etc.... I'm in jamaica looking for a good deal 😌.
Thanks
@ Hey that’s awesome! I don’t know how shipping will be as far as cost because of the distance but I used Celinatent.com for my equipment. You can also check out foldingchairsforless.com. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. #keepgrinding
@@Itsmoridiaz hey thank you I'll check it out and if I have anymore questions I'll ask.
@ no worries!
@itsmoridiaz In your opinion, what's the best way to deliver a large amount?
example: 1 jumper 12 tables and 75 chairs
Hey! So I don't offer bounce houses anymore but If you have a pickup truck, easy way would be an open trailer with an on ramp so you can pull it up on the dolly.
The tables and chairs I would put on the bed of the truck. Stand the tables upright to maximize space and put the chairs directly behind them. If you don't have space after putting the tables in the bed then just put all the chairs in your back seat of the truck. I would rachet strap everything once you have it loaded so that it wont fall off. I will link a video on how I have my pickup truck setup to maximize your load capacity. Find the link below. Thank you for the question feel free to ask me anything.

Big tip: Get a dolly with 4’ Rubber Wheels. Once you use it, you’ll never go back
@@mfuentes13 Are those the bounce house movers?
When first starting how much tables should I get and I live in a small apartment would you recommend just making space for them and then moving them into a storage locker once I’m make more profit? Great video! I really appreciate it.
Hey great job on getting started! Yes I would make space in the apartment you can fit plenty of table in a room. I would not put any equipment in the balcony unless you live on the third floor so it does not get stolen.
I would say 10 tables will cover most of your events. You could 8 60” round tables and 2 6’ or 8’ banquet tables for food.
Hope this helps! Feel free to ask me any questions #keepgrinding
Great video and very informative
Thank you for the feedback. Glad I could help 🙏🏽
How much money should I start with to invest ?
You can technically start with no money but could take longer. If you were to have 1k to 5k to invest I would just get the essentials like the basic chairs and 60” round tables. You can possible find these used from a company going out of business.
Let me know if you have any other questions. #keepgrinding
Where can I find the big yellow dolly/cart you use for your chairs?
Hey how’s it going? I purchased mine on celinatent.com. It’s called the Mantis Mover if you prefer to google it. Thanks for watching 🙏🏽
Where are you getting your inventory? Please and thank you.
Hey how’s it going? Most of ny inventory was purchased from Celinatent. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks for watching!
Great videos thank you for all the good information.
When renting the tables and chairs is there a minimum amount of chairs or tables that you will rent out?. I am interested in starting a rental business and would like to know how to rent out
Hey thank you for the feedback, glad I could help. So I take all bookings because it’s never bad to make extra money.
I noticed that those people I rented too that only had 15 to 20 chairs, would come back and rent a full package later on. Also if they are willing to pay the delivery charge no matter how far they are then it’s worth it for me.
Obviously this is beneficial if you are doing the delivery yourself. You can also try to up sale the booking by offering tables and tents. For example many people call in and book 50 chairs, then they call back and ask about tents or tables before their event and you can easily add more profit. Take the small booking as a foot in the door. It’s also a good way to get word of mouth recommendations.
I hope this helps. You can make a good amount of money with this business. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thank you that really helps! I appreciate your time and advice
@@ctristan3 my pleasure #keepgrinding
@@Itsmoridiaz Being that there is a lot of competition for example on Facebook marketplace and you see say 15-20 different advertisements for table and chairs rentals , would you say there is still opportunity for rental business.
@@ctristan3 There definitely is. Most of the people on Facebook have limited supply. So people will keep coming to the next person they see. You are also able to run a very cheap ad on Google and get some bookings through the month. It all depends on how you want to do it.
Did you create the invoice or use a website?
This video will help as far as invoices and estimates. Let me know if you have any further questions.

What do you use to protect your equipment from being stolej or damaged? For example if you charge em with a credit card how do you keep em "pending" till transaction is returned
In our contract it outlines that they must prevent theft or any negligence on their part. It also states they will be responsible for the full cost of the item regardless of the extent of the damage or pay for repairs to justify it.
I’ll be honest most people will take care of the items. The contract won’t ever prevent anything but just serves its purpose. If I lost 3 chairs and they didn’t return or pay for then I wouldn’t go to court etc because it would cost an arm and a leg. Hope this helps in some way. Only so much you can do.
What's the name of the most basic chair you use. Other than Resin
Hey! The Bellbrook chair is the most basic. That is the one you see me holding in the thumbnail. Other companies have different names but you will see they all look the same. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Please I need that pulling equipment, how do I get it
@@heartsfacultyokonkwohearts8432 Hey are you speaking of the Stake Jack?
Where is the link to the items you have, like chairs, tables, and tents?
There are many places you can check out. However most of my equipment came from Celina Tent.com or foldingchairs4less..com for some of my chair inventory. Please let me know if you have any other questions
are you solo or you have employees?
Hey, so I have two guys that are ready to work on weekends. One of them is a supervisor that can do all the tent setups if I’m not around and do it right. The other guy is a helper. I 10-99 them at the end of the year.
If it’s a smaller event with 1 or 2 tents I can knock them out on my own. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching.
I just came across your wonderful videos. You have inspired me to start my own party rental business. Which website can I buy the Bellbrook chairs from? Thank you for sharing your knowledge 😊
I’m so glad I was able to help you get going. Starting is the biggest step. I provided the link in the description. You can buy them from either link. You will get better prices on the basic chairs on the second link in description. Let me know if you have any questions!
