I found that new Puma is a little bit downgrade from the previous version. Plastics are hard and looks cheap. The steering wheel is like from another car. And there are no physical buttons for air condition and the trunk. Still it’s a great car and drives like gold :)
It's stupid things they've changed for no reason, like the indicators. Trying to get people to use them in the UK is hard enough without changing where they are in the first place 😂
On your previous videos on the puma you had concerns over the soundbar design and it affecting the visibility. Would have been nice to hear if those concerns had been born out.
I have to say on the move the dash and the screen did not concern me as much as I had previously thought. I will say conditions were not the best and I had limited time with the car on the day. I plan to have more time in a Puma ST from a subscriber later this month so will be able to give more of a reflection on that aspect of the car also. I drove a fair few cars on the day I drove this Puma and I will be honest the simplicity of the car made it easy for me to get in and adjust to the car. I really can recommend the Puma from my early impressions so far 😊
Test drove the new model in August. Coming from a Volvo XC60 with full options. Really very impressed with the Puma. It’s a small car with big car options and really very good quality. The 1.25 auto drives exceptionally well. The seats are very comfortable and the ride very good indeed, better than BMW MSport. The handling is superb - it really is a driver’s car and great fun to drive. Excellent for both town, country and motorway driving.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts also on the Puma. I really enjoyed my time with it. I think it is a very simple car, without the Hybrid in the model I tried in this video, and also packs a punch when it comes to all round usability. Very interesting to hear your thoughts coming from a Volvo XC60 👍😊
I take it you used the various driving modes whilst on the move? They’re now only accessible by using the infotainment screen and I wonder how easy you found that to do? Yeah.
I would say currently the older model Puma is easier to use infotainment wise. This maybe because I am more used to it and would need more time in the new model Puma to give you a full conclusion on the ease of use. I have plans with a subscriber to drive their facelifted Puma ST once it is delivered to them so hope to help you out further in a future video regarding this 😊

Yup. I have a STX-line X auto hyb 125. =)) Desert blue =)) . Is a fine car, I like driving it like I do with my Fiesta
