Welcome back Jess, hope you Chef Geoff and Harper are all doing well. Nice to hear a new Mum being realistic! The most important thing you mentioned (in my opinion) is circadian rhythm, l too think thats essential and key to establishing a good routine no matter how young baby is. Keep on thriving 😊

Great video Jess! Agree with all of these as a 9 weeks PP first time mum. A hakaa pump has also become a must have for me, too, plus the angel care mattress movement detector - I don’t have a next to me so this helped with peace of mind for me!

I’ve got 9 weeks to go, this couldn’t have come at a better time 🥰 love your pregnancy and post partum content! Are you and Geoff still doing the combination feeding? I’m really wanting to introduce this at birth too but nervous about choosing bottles, formula etc! ❤
