Since I am basically a jewelry designer, and live on the SE Coast of Florida, I have a lot of sea glass, so the sea glass jewelry was interesting.
Heaven on earth for me is a spot in the immense forest where I used to live. While the surrounding area was full of trees of all sizes, this area by a creek was a clearing full of moss covered fallen trees. Even the air was green. It was calm and my dog and I used to spend hours just - being.
My heaven consists of multiple places and things. The North Carolina mountains, where I was born, the Carolina coastlines, my dogs, and the rescues that will be finding their forever homes, and super important...chocolate.

My heaven on earth is closing my eyes while swinging on swing and the sun is settings. I see so much more color and shapes that I have ever seen. I have been doing this since I was 6 yrs old now 57. I still swing from time to time. You should try it so time, I know you will enjoy it. Thx for sharing your vacation ,

I definitely would have grabbed the table & guitar. With that new glue you got & all of yalls strength and know how, I think y’all could have repaired them both!!! Take the strings off the guitar and paint/decorate it! Have seen tons of guitars painted! I got one at a thrift store I am going to paint & decorate as soon as I decide what to do to it!!!

Dear Debi, I always look so forward to your weekly video, I also go back & watch the oldies but goodies!! All I can say about this one is WOW!!! Love everything you did. You are always so inspiring to me. I live in Panama City, FL not too far from the beach - I was also born & raised here, so it is a very special place for me. I especially find the sea shell chandelier as one of the most gorgeous things I have ever seen, so ..maybe that will be my next project. Thank you for all of your ideas & especially your DIY paint. I love the beach especially in the winter when there aren’t many people there. I love cold weather so the beach with a cozy blanket is Heaven for me!

Heaven on earth for myself is being somewhere where humans haven't destroyed mother nature. Viewing the beautiful sights of rolling hills and forests with a bonus of watching the sun rise or set , while this had a human touch getting up to see the sun rise in Aruba over the calm sea, with the cloud formation is something I haven't forgotten . My friend who came with me (a banker) was not so inspired. Pretty funny how each person's appreciation for whatever can be so different. Thanks for bringing us along

I live a couple miles up off the Buffalo River in North Central Arkansas and it is just gorgeous here. I have traveled all over this country and seen some beautiful places but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

It’s been about 10 years since I was there the last time. We went horseback riding in the mountains & it was great! I could spend most of my time listening & seeing the ocean waves. I have a table so very simple that my granny used for almost 100 years in front of her make up table. It was cracked down the middle and we all plopped down on it to put on bubbles. I had it in my room growing up in front if another very special bureau. All my girlfriends told tales on that table / chair. Still cracked. Now it sits on my upstairs area with a plant. Giving the Ole girl a rest for another cracked top hundred years. 😊

When ever you can feel pure joy or happiness, sometimes only for a fleeting moment, that is Heaven on earth, it's a reminder of what Heaven is, something within you, brought here with you, when you were born. A constant reminder of the bliss and serenity from Heaven. We all have this instilled in us, sometimes all we have to do is be silent and feel it in our hearts. A cool green forest with boulders,a running stream and exposed rock faces is heaven on earth to me. There's a gorge from Clifton Ohio to Yellow Springs that fits the bill nicely. There's forest land all over the Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania area that makes me feel serene.
I love what you did to the seahorses. Watching your work is like watching a magician. Everything is always so beautiful. Thank you for being real with us, showing mistakes or helping us how to avoid making mistakes or helping us how to correct the mistakes.

Hi, Debi!
I am from Slovenia, a small country in Europe. I think it's one of the most beautiful countries. (But that of course, is my subjective view. Like Dorothy said, "There`s No Place Like Home.", I guess almost everybody feels like that.)
We have a lot of forests that reproduce naturally, natural parks, lush meadows, the karst, and amazing caves with European olms that we call "Human fish". We have rivers, natural lakes, hills, and incredible mountains because we are an Alpine country. We also have the most diverse animal life on earth. And last but not least, we also have the seaside.
You may say that's nothing special, and you're right, as such natural beauty exists in America too. But the difference is that Slovenia is so small that I can wake up at the beach at 7 am and ski in the mountains at 9 or 10 am. I can climb the steepest mountains at 11 am and dive in the sea at 2 pm. You have to admit, that's pretty special.
There is a legend connected to Slovenia that we Slovenes like to brag about. It says that when God allocated pieces of our earth to different people, he saved a tiny spot for himself and named it Slovenia. But in the end, when he didn't know where to put our ancestors because he ran out of land, he decided to give his land to us.
For me, "Heaven on Earth" is whenever I'm standing in the middle of a gorgeous meadow picking flowers and watching the Sun go down.

It is true, Croatia is a very beautiful Adriatic country.
However, although it is located next to Slovenia it looks very different.
Slovenia`s seaside looks very similar to the one in Croatia but that`s a very tiny part of our country. Croatia`s coastal area is sublime and we can`t compete with it.
The rest of Slovenia looks very different from Croatia.

Hawaii is the first exit you take to get to heaven I believe. I haven’t been to Oahu in about 40 years, but was just back to Maui last year. Love the local artists there! If I go back this year and might be doing Oahu this time, I will definitely look up all these local shops! Thank you for putting them up. Love the sneakers and the chandelier! 🐚 🧜🏻♀️ 🏝️

Walking early in the morning on the rim of the Grande Canyon is where I felt breathless in response to God's handiwork. All Americans should see the Grande Canyon! The 2nd place is being on the beach and we love going to the west side of Galveston, TX since it is just a 4 hour drive. I know there are prettier beaches but I can't get to them easily! Love your beach crafts, Debi, as I love looking for shells. Beautiful!

I'm glad to have re-discovered you here after a long time. I loved this video. That Chandelier...WOW! My heaven on earth is ocean towns or cities, on the Pacific or the Atlantic. Recently, New Foundland and Labrador on the Canadian Atlantic coast , specifically St. John's is a particularly dreamy place for me, with it's history, it's colourful houses and it's warm people I love to return there every couple of years. Northern California foothills are like heaven on earth.
Definitely would have taken the table. If you don’t want to use Bondo etc. take a piece of wood and copy it in a lathe. Voila a brand new leg. The murals at your sisters and aunts are amazing. I can’t wait to do one in my creative cottage wall. Hawaii is gorgeous tho it was a long time ago when I went. I’m anxious to get me a tube of craftcaulk. My piece of heaven is the ranch that my grandpa purchased 110 yrs ago. Little by little my son and I are improving our compound where I live in a 219 yr old rock house with my son, daughter in law and 4 grandkids live right next to me and I have a creative cottage where I store all my craft supplies, holiday decorations and my supplies for furniture flipping. I’m 75 and getting closer to heaven and my loved ones who’ve already gone. My time spent here with my wonderful family and friends doing things I enjoy is appreciated every second so I’m trying real hard not to waste any of that time. Hi Vicki, thank you so much! The music I use is from a subscription service. It is not mainstream music because I have to pay for the license to use music for my videos or they will get flagged most likely you are interested in Drew Holcomb. I use a lot of his songs, but there are several in every video, I don’t know how to refer you to where to find the music because most of it is not mainstream, but you can try googling his name and see if anything pops up ❤

Yes, she’s on the north shore of Oahu, but I think more toward the windy side of the island. I forget the name of the town, but if you click her Instagram page in the description, you will find the information.
