Hi there, sometimes the spots can be caused by a change in the environment, too much sun or a plant virus, some of mine get the orange spots due to the excess sun in summer and the plant recovers and all the new growth is spot free, if the leaves are heavily spotted it may be best to prune off any badly effected leaves, and then spray the whole plant with a systemic fungicide spray, check that its not scale insect as scale insect can also leave orange/ yellow spots, I treat any plants with scale with rubbing alcohol, I put some of the rubbing alcohol onto a q tip and wipe them off, but here is a link to a video I have made on Epiphyllum plant virus, ua-cam.com/video/NZgyyVJs-mg/v-deo.html thanks so much for watching and I hope your Epiphyllum recovers well, XXXX
