“When we talk about impact, we're talking about people". This is what our first Impact Report highlights. Responsibility, transparency, and dialogue are all key words in the journey we have undertaken to become increasingly sustainable. We firmly believe that real change happens through the commitment and engagement of the people within our community. In fact, 100% of our staff participated in training activities and 75% related to social issues, demonstrating the key values on which our corporate culture is based.
