DEPRESSION SUCKS!

Growing up i never understood what i was feeling. I thought it was just my personality. At age 37 i finally decided to go to therapy and oh Lord, i was not ready for what i found out about my nice Jamaican childhood.
Narcissistic abuse, manipulation and lack of knowing MYSELF.
Im taking you on this journey because i wish i had someone to do the same for me.

I know that feeling of depression I when into depression after the death of my 2 brothers in 2017.... At times I think I am still suffering from depression. But God makes a difference in my life. Love you Felisha... keep strong.
