You are dead right. I used to go to sleep around midnight n had to get up at 6 am. Felt washed out every morning. I trained myself to switch off the phone at 9 pm, do my bedtime rituals and soon I found it easy to do. Discipline n consistency most important for everything.

Hi Luke. I am consistent in other things but there is one issue with the exercise. As I have sleep problem (I have been working hard to improve it) sometimes I cannot wake up early in the morning & I miss my work out. Can you please suggest how to be consistent in such scenario? Love your videos

Hi Luke.. love you for inspiring me always. I would like to start with not watching mobile 1 hour before bedtime. If I am watching mobile before bedtime, it is like my mind doesn't want to go to sleep, even if my body wants to do so

I’m reducing my social media time by today. Instead of emptying scrolling I’ll watch videos on personal finances.
I’ve been consistent with fasting since 4 May, so my goal for June is to exercise consistently by walking on my fast days and doing strength training on my feast days.
