Mark, you are the savior of Christmas 2024! -at my mum’s house for Christmas and her heating wasn’t working. 5 mins later, radiators blasting and a Christmas Day callout avoided. Thank You!
I'm on my own for the first time in a new apartment and there was no hot water. This helped me fix the problem and made me feel like such an independent women! Thank you!
Thank you for helping this lady out and I have made a donation to you I have been trying to get many plumbers to come and have a look at the boiler with the message of low water pressure and now all is good bless you may you progress even more in 2025
It's scary when you have no experience with these things and then you get some sort of error message on your boiler. We rent, but I try and keep the landlord out of these small stuff. Thank you, Mark, for making this video. A short and easy to follow one - no jargon, just clear instructions. Thank you :)
Today, I came across with the same problem. The boiler indicates the F22 error. I googled and found your video, and followed the instructions given and fixed the error. I am very much naive and so scary to touch the boiler without a qualified technician. Thanks for your video and now I know how to rectify the trouble when it's happened again.
Absolutely brilliant advice, I was able to fix our boiler by myself confidently, and the heating and hot water are now safely back on. It's a rented house and I was nervous to try to sort this problem out alone, but Mark's instructions are clear and easy to follow. My cat and I are very grateful, thanks Mark.
You’ve just saved my sanity!, this has been happening for weeks and someone came in and said turn it of and on at the power button and it’s done nothing!
Thank you thank you and thank you Mark. I made a donation. I'm 67 and had the low pressure alert on my Vaillant combi boiler when I woke up this morning. Thanks to your very clear video instructions, I was able to fix the issue myself without any other help. I had the boiler back on in five minutes and am so grateful.
4.00 am and no heating at all and so cold and this guy tells you how to fix it with easily. No complicated jargon, just we'll put so everyone can understand. Thankyou so so much 👍
You solved my problem. Last time this happened I waited 5 days without hot water in the mid-winter, waiting for a boiler man😂. You saved the day, thank you!
Thanks Mark. I have now saved this. It’s the clearest and easiest video to follow that I’ve found. Gives me the confidence to get my boiler going again. I’ve now saved your video to my library for easy access next time. Thanks
Absolutely fantastic mate, your instructors were easy t follow. I was bleeding the radiators when the boiler switched off, due to low pressure. I was worrying about having to call a plumber in the morning but your video saved me the stress and expense. Thank you so much, I am happy to make a donation.
About to move into our first house, currently doing some DIY before we do and we lost all hot water. Fixed with this video within minutes, I'd of had no idea lol. Thanks man me and the mrs greatly appriciate your video
First time this fault has arisen. Thought I'd have to request a call out but your instructions were clear and was able to remedy problem. My late husband would be proud of me thanks to you! More than happy to leave a small donation.
Thank you. I've managed to top up my system and we now have hot water and heating. Not only have I saved money, but I saved some plumber leaving his nice warm house to come out and fix this👍👍😉.
Great video, clear explanations! Been waiting for our contractor for a week, now boiler gave up completely - watched this, 2 minute job, fixed and back to normal! Thank you so much!
wow, what a great help this was - got back from a hectic weekend - really needing a bath and filled up a whole bath of cold water! this video was easy to find and explained how to deal with F.22 fault so brilliantly - i am on my own too and it felt great to be able to fix it myself ! thank you
Thank you so much. This helped us fix the problem which we would have struggled to do without your video on a bank holiday weekend. We have made a donation to show our appreciation for your video guidance. Thanks again.
Thank you so much for helping us get our boiler working again. During lockdown, realising our boiler had stopped working was even more stressful than usual.
PLEASE NOTE: This will work perfectly, however I highly recommend that you fill the system up very slowly and ideally just a little below half pressure. I found that after the boiler heated up the pressure rose slightly and after filling it a little too far I was left with a system near the upper pressure margins with no instructions of how to release the pressure. It turns out that bleeding your radiators, and then using a cup to bleed of more water did eventually bring the pressure down to the mid way mark. Thank you to the author of the video for this simple fix, however just be aware to do things slowly and in small amounts.
If you over pressurise your system the best and safest way to reduce pressure is by using the air bleed screw at the top of a radiator. This should open and close easily so no leaks after doing it. It may take several minutes. Very slowly open the air bleed valve! DO NOT unscrew it to far!!! If you unscrew it to far it will come out and you will have water squirting every where, which may be very hot!!!! Put a old towel on the floor use jugs, cups, what ever catches the water best. If water does not come out after unscrewing the valve 1 or 2 turns, try another radiator.
@MarkBallardLTD I tried to open the below section to see the valves but i did not found them. There was only a center valve which I am not sure what it does. So please help in figuring out.
👁great advice as I had a fault with kitchen tap running very low and no hot water, its June so not usoing central heating....Marks advice was great I did not have F22 Code but it all worked after following his steps...
Hey!!!! I want to thank you so much I have my kids and I was stressing so much thinking how was I going to cook and wash them! This video helped so much!! Thank you and I’ve subscribed too xx
Thank you very much for putting this video together c super helpful! Just be mindful of not pressurising the system too much, and be aware of the consequences of doing so.
