Am i the only one that couldn’t stop watching the dude sitting behind him fumble with his earplugs the entire time? I don’t think anyone on earth has ever had that much trouble with earplugs before. How many times did he take them out then back in? Lol?
Is he seriously using 2 rides as his 2 crashes? I know the a custom 21 inch a custom rides have good crashability but damn I would never use rides as my 2 main crashes. I’m down to crash ride my ride sometimes but would never use two more rides as crashes. It’s all preference tho, I’m a meinl guy and love buttery thin to medium thin crashes, don’t like heavy rides or crashes. I’m pretty sure those two rides are the 21 inch a custom anniversary rides. But whatever works for him. Either way mayday kills it and their new album is great and brings me back to old school early 2000’s pop punk and nobody does ballads and slow songs better with Derek’s amazing vocals and the melodies he writes.
